-very small rooms -no natural lighting entering the room -expensive -they take a long time to refill what has finished during breakfast

The location and security are the best. The staff is kind.

Billing took 1 hr to complete and i have to leave paying additional money coz my flight and staff not able to understand paid breakfast money twice

Perfectly perfect !!!!! Nice and friendly staff who cares and would do everything to please you and make you feel comfortable. I highly recommand the Hotel Bonapriso La Falaise and will certainely stay over again for my next trip to Cameroun. Ecellent !!!!

There's absolutly nothing I did not like !

the breakfast is very balanced, with national and international choices on the buffet and good quality. the staff are also welcoming, very polite and responsive. The reception staff were also welcoming, and pleasant, including guards in the parking. very helpful. beds are very comfortable,

my room was a bit tight, with no electrical outlet next to the desk to connect laptops or charge phones. the frontdesk provided a multiple outlets, which was very helpful. The carpet in the corridor, 4th floor, just wondering with the level of humidity in Douala, it was a bit smelling/mouldy. Management should consider changing it for simple tiles that can be easily cleaned. Towels are getting soft white, must be the quality of water. hope these comments are found useful to the hotel management

all meals buffet are excellent , quality and choices . Location is good , it’s in front of an amazing French bakery La maison H , excellent for lunch and breakfast .
