Just what LBI is! Easy, beachy, and beautiful!!!

Super close to the beach access point and within walking distance of the best restaurants on LBI, this beach house is a great and affordable place to stay. This place has some things that a lot of places on LBI do not have: two bathrooms and a washer/dryer inside the unit. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the ocean while we sipped on wine at the end of a day spent relaxing at the beach or fishing in the bay. The location of this house is close to The Gables and The Engleside, two of the best restaurants LBi has to offer.

This place served as the perfect spot for an LBI family getaway. Stayed here with my wife, and two kids, 8 and 6. Gorgeous views and an even better location central to all that Beach Haven has to offer. If you have the opportunity to book, don’t hesitate. Dr. Z is an amazing host- communicative and responsive.the manual and info she provides is detailed and on point. Could t ask for more!!

Location was excellent, close to everything and right on the beach. Property listed 3 bathrooms but only had 1.5 so 1 shower was an issue for 5 adult women. Also listed as a house but was actually only one floor of a house. Appliances and blinds could use an upgrade. Driveway held 3 cars but only 2 spots for our unit so good thing no one was in the other unit, we would have had to move our cars around to get in and out.

A great two weeks, a lovely oceanfront cottage which has the right mix of quiet neighborhood feel and convenient shops, restaurants, fun! Can’t beat the view- roomy bedrooms, solid kitchen. Great management- going back next summer! A real LBI gem

We had the best week at Dr. Z’s gorgeous beachfront home. We stayed on the upper level and had the best views of the ocean from the open living/dining and bedrooms. The deck was a great size, and we loved having meals/morning coffee with the sound of the ocean waves and view. We traveled with our two sons (3 and 1) and my mother, and had plenty of space for the 5 of us. The high ceilings made it seem even more light and airy. Everything was well stocked with anything you would need. Having a washer/dryer was so convenient. Check in/out was a breeze, and Dr. Z was kind enough to even have some of the items we mistakenly left in the dryer mailed out to us. Even though we traveled with a lot of bags/items due to our toddler and baby, it was worth the trek up the steps to have the amazing view and comfortable space for our family. We would absolutely stay again, and would recommend this property! Thank you again!

This was an amazing experience from start to finish! The house was fantastic and clean, and Dr. Z was very friendly and made me and my friends feel very welcomed in her home. A bonus- we saw fireworks at night and then the next morning- dolphins and whales!! A truly magical experience at a great location. Can’t wait to go back! 😀

The entire experience went smoothly from booking to check out. Dr. Z responded very promptly to any questions and the pictures online of the property were accurate. The pricing was reasonable and location was excellent, as was the view!

All you need, Beach 🏖 shopping 🛍 and sitting on the balcony. Our first family trip with my husband and 13 month old baby girl. It was very convenient going to the beach it was walking distance, if my baby had enough of the sand and water it wasn’t a lot of work to get her back in the condo. Shopping was super close Bay village is walking distance. We made really good memories I would book this place again. Dr Z makes it super easy breezy checking in, and has all your questions answered before you ask them. She was super attentive if I texted her or emailed through our stay.

Beautiful views…. Property in great location…. Unfortunately experienced hurricane and power outage while there (clearly not land lords fault). No back up power…. No support from anyone to tie down the decking furniture.
Overall well kept property… Pricey for what you actually what you get… Parking should also be explained prior.
Should definitely add items to the houses inventory… Wine glasses, platters, new frying pans.
Landlord was extremely responsive via text and a very nice person. Thanks for a nice stay…

Lovely house right on the beach! I enjoyed having my coffee every morning on the deck. The view is breathtaking!!! The home is in great condition and fully equipped with everything we needed. The home is located within walking distance to many of the Islands best restaurants and attractions. I would highly recommended this place to anyone looking to stay in Beach Haven. Relaxing weekend
Dr Z's place is to die for. I was stressed out at work so I booked a weekend bf the season started just to get away, relax, read, and meditate. The ocean view from the living room was just what the doctor ordered (my doctor figuratively, not Dr Z). Thank you for a wonderfully relaxing and rejuvenating weekend.

Fantastic views.
Our stay could not have been better, not only are the views from the deck fantastic, there is nothing like listening to the waves as you drift away to sleep.
No need for white noise, it is all natural. The overall accommodations are more than adequate, just bring your toothbrushes, pillows and sheets, all other necessities are included. We are lifetime visitors to LBI , our family started coming down in the late 40's. Dr. Z was great to deal with and any questions were answered quickly and in most cases, less than 30 minutes. We look forward to another stay with Dr. Z. Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend at Chowderfest 2018

Beautiful oceanfront getaway
Couldn't have asked for more beautiful oceanfront getaway! The ocean is literally breathtaking from the view in the living room. We saw dolphins from our deck. The house is very nice and bright. We climbed the barnegat lighthouse and had complete rest and relaxation. Zhava was very responsive to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this property.

October on the shore
My wife and I stayed at Zhava's get away as I was recuperating from minor surgery. Her home was immaculate, warm and welcoming. The first thing I did was to send a pic from the living room looking out at the ocean. The next thing was a long walk. October is beautiful as it is still warm enough to enjoy the beach and see so many monarch butterflies on their migration south.
Zhava is a gracious and responsive owner. I recommend her home without hesitation.

This property has everything as advertised and more! Oceanfront, clean, plenty of space, well stocked, and within walking distance of restaurants and attractions. Pictures are accurate. Instructions were clear and complete. Even a handyman is nearby.
Owner was immediately responsive, friendly and helpful. I felt so comfortable renting one unit, that when family and friends decided to join us, I rented the second unit too.

Great house!
Had a wonderful time at this house. The kitchen had everything you need, the beds and pillows were comfy, and the location was great! There was a mix-up upon arrival with the cleaning service, but Zhava (owner) handled it immediately. She was terrific to deal with - very responsive. Loved sitting on that deck looking at the ocean!

What could possibly be better than a week right on the beach, in a beautiful home, close by to all the attractions and restaurants, yet tucked away on a quiet residential street where all you hear is the lapping of the waves upon the shore?
If you're looking for the perfect place for your family to stay on LBI, this house (I'll call it a home, because we felt welcomed, comfortable, and relaxed from the moment we walked up the steps and opened the door) is the place for you.
Immaculately clean, well supplied, everything you could possibly want and need to make your stay at the beach a sheer joy.
The owner, Zhava Glaser, is a pleasure in every respect, making sure that her guests feel, well, at home, every minute of every day. Nothing -- and I mean nothing -- is overlooked in this haven on the beach!
And, yes, you are within walking distance of all the attractions and restaurants of Beach Haven, from Chicken or the Egg to Uncle Will's, Fantasy Island to Thundering Waters.
Don't miss out on this house. It is the cherry on top of a wonderful beach retreat!

Charming Space, Great Location!
What a lovely property with a great location! If it wasn't for a rainy weekend our stay would have been almost perfect.
The house had everything we needed and was very clean, great for our girls weekend getaway. The pictures were accurate as was the description. The location was close the many restaurants and shopping. We loved Stefano's for dinner and we were also close to Chicken or the Egg, on of my particular favorites for breakfast.
The landlord was most helpful, especially when we tripped a circuit breaker and couldn't find the breaker box! (It's in the rear bedroom, BTW!) My only critiques would be is that the rear bedroom with the twin beds only had one working outlet which was controlled by the switch so you couldn't keep the clock plugged in if you wanted to use the wall switch, which was not a big deal because we used our phones for the time. However I couldn't plug a hair dryer in near the dresser and couldn't use the other outlet to charge my phone, nor could I use the extension cord in the room because it didn't have the third hole for the grounding wire. I couldn't use the outlet in the full bathroom for my hair dryer as the third hole for the grounding wire was caked and filled in with paint. Again, a minor inconvenience which I alerted the landlord about when I called about the circuit breaker. I ended up using the half bath to dry my hair (which is when we tripped the circuit because 2 of us were drying our hair at the same time).
The door to get in was a little tricky as well but luckily one of the women in our party has a door like that one and was able to work it. Again, a minor inconvenience for a lovely spot. If it weren't for these things I would have given 5 stars.
I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a house on LBI.

A wonderful beach getaway!
We had a wonderful time and the house had everything you could possibly want and need. A perfect beachfront location in Beach Haven; very clean with a lot of amenities including a large flatscreen TV, cable, internet, gas grill, washer/dryer, and sundries; and walking distance to shops, restaurants and the amusement park. Also loved the outdoor shower! We stayed at the upstairs floor and the views of the ocean, the sunrises, and the moon glowing on the water were amazing. The owners were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend this property and would return on our next trip to LBI.

seule raison pourquoi je ne met pas 5 stars!!!! nous avions le RdeC et de cet endroit il n'y a aucune vue en raison de l'énorme dûne devant la maison. mais tous les autres items que l'on peut côter étaient A-1!!!!!
