Great place for huge family.
Plenty of room, kitchen fully stocked with enough crockery etc for large family.
Excellent location and Kirsten was a delight to deal with.

Moreton Mansion is a great place for a family holiday. It was well equipped and there was plenty of space for the 17 of us over 3 generations to spread out and enjoy our stay.
The games room was a terrific area for the kids to play pool and hangout as the weather was not good.
The kitchen/lounge/dining area was a great size for us all to cook communal meals and relax.
Everyone greatly enjoyed our stay, and we would highly recommend Moreton Mansion for accommodation, especially with a large group.

Fantastic house. Great facilities and well stocked with utensiles, linen, and other extras. Children thought the Buggy was a highlight. It was very convenient to marshall children up and down to the water. Great view watching spectacular sunsets with a quiet drink on the deck. We were lucky with the whale watching cruise seeing 26 whales and many breaches.
Kirsten was very friendly and very helpful. Nothing seemed to be a problem. She made our stay very special. The whole experience was beyond our expectations.

This property was an excellent choice. A fabulous place to stay. Everything was covered. The property managers were most helpful, helped us with all our questions. I would definitely stay here again. A large place that suited a large group of all demographics. Kirsten & Ken are great!

Moreton mansion provided a blissful retreat, boasting scenic views, modern amenities, and a serene atmosphere. It was a packed household and not once did we feel like there wasn't enough space to retreat away from the chaos. Was able to create some special memories in an idyllic setting. Absolutely love visiting Moreton island.

We stayed for a week with a range of ages. The house was great as it has separate areas if you need quiet time and plenty of room to all get together.
A few minor things not working didn't distract from the week. It was perfect location and we will be back again!

The stay was perfect! House was clean and tidy. Ken had great communication with me which was very pleasant. Beds were comfy. Perfect share house for friends and families. Plenty of space for everyone so we didn't feel on top of each other. 10/10

Our stay at the Moreton Mansion was extremely accommodating. Communication with Ken leading up to and during our stay was easy, he check to make sure we had everything we needed. The place was in the best location with fantastic views. If you're thinking of utilising the resorts facilities I would highly recommend to hire their golf buggy. All in all, we had a wonderful trip, this was highly due to the accommodation and its location.

We found the house to be very tidy and a great layout. This house is perfect for large groups with plenty of room for everyone. There are balcony's on every room on both sides of the house. Dealing with the owner was a dream and check in and out was flexible which helped out alot with our barge times. I would highly recommend staying at the Moreton Mansion. I will definitely be returning.

We stayed in the mansion for 4 nights and loved every minute. We have stayed at the mansion in total of 5 times now. Its a big, beautiful home with so much space. We had 17 people staying and we could all hang together when we wanted and could also chill on our own as there is ample space. The main kitchen is amazing and had everything we needed to cook all our planned meals. We didn't want or need anything that wasn't there. Ken was awesome in communicating with us and we would definitely recommend the mansion to anyone looking at somewhere to stay on Moreton Island.

With such a large family it is often hard to find a holiday home to suit. Moreton Mansion has everything you need to really enjoy a great getaway. Stunning views, ample space and great location. Ken was so helpful through the whole process. The younger crowd enjoyed quad bike riding, tobogganing, kayaking whilst the older crowd enjoyed the cafes, walks on the beach and sipping wine on the deck, there was something for everyone. Would definitely return.

The Moreton Mansion was perfect for creating fantastic family memories for my 50th birthday . The property is amazing - plenty of room to be together but not on top of each other . We had a brilliant time - great views , great communication with the property manager Ken and a perfect holiday relaxing and catching up . So much fun .. what a special treat this property is !!

The property is amazing! We had 13 adults & 4 children with an age range from 22 months to 76 years old, and this property accommodates everyone! The bedrooms are huge, living areas easily accommodated all of us for a 60th birthday celebration!
The house is 3 levels with lots of space to allow everyone their personal space if required!
Kitchens x 3 stocked with everything you could possibly need!
The sunsets… what can I say… awesome!! Perfect location and would definitely stay again!!

to begin with Ken was amazing to talk to and so ever so helpful and accommodating and friendly :-)
the house was beautiful and spacious and got lots of exercise going up and down stairs and had the most gorgeous view from our room the top master sweet. beds were comfortable and roomy which was great.
if i could add anything, i would definitely add fly screens to all windows and doors as would have been wonderful to keep doors and windows open for ocean breeze and to hear the ocean at night.
some of the lights weren't working and a couple of other little things which was a little hard as dark in some areas for cooking and kids playing.
there was plenty of plates, cutlery & cooking utensils which was great as we were such a big group. lots of storage which was great as well.
all in all we had a wonderful stay and a wonderful time.

Such a massive great house! Plenty of room for all of our friends and kids.
2 small downsides - we came to stay during a heatwave and aircon is not on all levels/areas so quite a few of us has trouble sleeping the first night.
And the water would turn off on a regular basis but soon turned back on.
This certainly did not ruin our experience. Absolutely loved the house and would happily stay again!

Moreton Island was where we decided to holiday for our biennial New Year holiday. There was plenty of room for our intergenerational family of 14 adults and 4 children under 6.
The views were stunning and the sunsets were perfect. It was a fantastic location to base ourselves. Half the family were happy to hang around the resort whilst the other half were off exploring the island.
Internet reception and Wi-Fi was intermittent. It didn’t phase me though as I was on holidays and busy doing things.
The house golf buggy was not working during our stay so we hired one from the resort. I would highly recommend the buggy as half our group were not keen on the stairs. All depends on how fit and keen you are I suppose.
Ken was very communicative and checked in on us a few times during our stay. We didn’t want to leave and hope to return to this property at another time.

Wonderful house with amazing views! Our family went over to celebrate 4 big birthdays, a 21st, 30th, 60th and 90th, everyone had an amazing time away and there was enough space for everyone to enjoy themselves. Ken always communicated well with us and was more then happy to answer any questions we had regarding the property. If your looking for a property that has plenty of space, amazing views and isn’t far from the resort facilities then this is it!

Family 70th Birthday Holiday
Our stay at Moreton Mansion for a family member's 70th birthday was wonderful. Every stage of the process - from pre-booking questions, booking, asking questions in the lead-up to the trip, check-in and check-out was super easy as Ken (the owner) was extremely helpful and very responsive.
The property was exactly as described and fitted all 13 of us easily - with an abundance of crockery and glasses in the kitchen. The views from the property were beautiful and even if the weather did not permit sitting on the deck we were still able to enjoy the views from inside. As we had vehicles there was no need to hire the golf buggy to get to/from the resort - but without this there are also multiple options to walk (some with more stairs than others).
I would highly recommend Moreton Mansion! The property is beautiful and Ken is a pleasure to speak to and extremely helpful.

Fantastic property for large groups
Brilliant set up for larger groups with plenty of room to have your own space as required. Walk from the resort can be challenging for the elderly and anyone with mobility issues so I would probably make use of the golf buggy - in hindsight we wish we had of. Ken was great - he was available to be contacted at any time and was checking in to make sure we had everything we needed.
Great location to access any part of the island and the views are incredible.
