I will always return to this location whenever I come to Tucson. I adore this home. Everything is always so well together. It’s absolutely beautiful and peaceful. If I could share one thing with the owner. Ask them to remove the trash from the previous client before our arrival. I ran into the same issue last year, but it will never stop me from requesting this home. thanks and God bless!

This was my second time staying at this location. When I saw it was available I did not hesitate to reserve it. If you are a fan of Oro Valley and a sound area this is a sound option to consider. It is well maintained, in great condition, the pool is great and so is the neighborhood. Give this one a look.

In this hectic world it was wonderful to be offered a little time out in such a comfortable environment. We especially enjoyed the balcony where we could view the desert wildlife. We would stay there again.

We had a great stay over the holidays- the unit was ideal for our family. Super clean, well stocked, v quiet, near a hottub and heated pool and, best of all, overlooks an excellent wildlife area (former golf course going wild as nature preserve). Birding and animal watching from the balcony while drinking morning coffee was a real treat; sunsets were amazing too. Conveniently close to shopping for stay. Near Catalina State Park for hiking miles to the mountains. Our host Kelly was super responsive and kind! We would love to return

If you love the vibe of Oro Valley and I do sincerely this is a great place. It is a well maintained unit with a lot of pride in ownership. It has been remodeled and is very clean. It just has the Arizona charm you are seeking with great access to hiking trails and other sites. You can’t beleive how big the quail are :) Definitely give this one a look.

Labor Day weekend
Stayed for Labor Day weekend, the place is roomy and comfortable. Nice big king bed in the master, the rooms and bathrooms are on separate sides of the condo which was nice. Comfy furniture and beautiful view from the balcony

Pleasant stay at Vistoso condo
The condo was perfect. Well stocked with everything one would need. We only needed to go to the market which was very close. The condo was also beautifully decorated and comfortable. Looking over the abandoned golf course each morning and evening gave us full view of wildlife, and walking the cart paths kept us from disturbing the habitat. Hopeful the management will keep it as a preserve, because it is a gem!

We were looking for a home away from home-staycation and found this gem last minute.It was obvious from the moment we walked in that our arrival had been anticipated. The unit was spotless and we were greeted with a welcome note, basket of goodies, and information about the area. We had a super comfortable stay and appreciated the generously stocked: paper goods, soaps, laundry supplies, kitchen cabinets and cooking basics. It was like I had borrowed a good friend's place for a week who wanted to make sure we had a welcome stay.We loved the quiet, views, and nature. The sunsets are amazing from the small patio and back windows including a view of the twinkling Tucson city lights 20 miles away. The now defunct Rancho Vistoso Golf Course has turned into an amazing nature preserve with 7 miles of golf cart paths that now serve as a place to walk. We enjoyed awesome mountain views; spotting numerous deer and dozens of species of birds; howling coyote; and javalena.The condo is located in a smaller complex surrounded by lovely homes with beautiful landscaping and near the entry of gates of Stone Canyon Golf Country Club. There are numerous stores and several restaurants, and golf available a short drive away.

Amazing Location and Home
We wanted to get away for our son’s 15th birthday. We have family in Oro Valley but their are 6 of us and 2 small dogs. Found this amazing gem. Kids loved it and enjoyed watching the lightening show from the balcony that overlooks the beautiful scenery. We will definitely stay here again! Gina was easy to reach and surprised our 15 yr old with a little treat and card for his birthday! Clean and very cozy!

Spacious Casita with a view
This casita was clean, well-stocked, and roomy for our family’s two week stay! We enjoyed watching the sunset & beautiful desert wildlife from its patio deck... my grandson cried on the last day because he was going to miss seeing the baby quail!! They came to call it “home” which I think pretty much sums up our stay!!! The owners Gina and John were quick to respond and very accommodating. I would highly recommend booking this casita in beautiful Oro Valley!!!!

Very comfortable space perfect for exploring the Tucson area!
We were incredibly pleased with our stay at this property. The owner was very communicative. Entry was well arranged and simple. And the three bedroom condo is comfortably appointed, very clean and a pleasure to spend time in. The small patio has beautiful views over Tucson's western mountains. And we saw coyote, quail and bunnies wandering the trails just outside the condo. There are plenty of good restaurants, shops and hiking trails nearby. It was a bit of a drive from U of A - where were were attending our daughter's graduation (about 40 minutes with traffic). But we were very thankful for the condo's plush comfort and spaciousness. It felt like a home away from home.

Good, not great
I would actually rate our stay at 3.5. The condo was in good condition, nicely decorated. All appliances, plumbing, etc. worked well. Beds and bedding were okay, except all pillows were over-puffy foam. TV worked well. WiFi took some work getting onto, but after a text or two, we made it. We were on the second (top) floor, so had no noise from above, and hardly even saw our neighbors below or beside us.
The balcony is long and narrow, with a high top table and 5 high chairs. Crowded but at least gave us access to fresh air and a view. Table was worn/rusted. Only 3 mismatched cushions for the chairs.
The unit had only enough toilet paper to get us through a day. We had to buy our own, plus paper towels and Kleenex. There was barely any laundry detergent and only a couple of dishwasher pods. I expected these basic supplies to be provided.
One of the three light bulbs in the fixture above the dining table was burned out. I replaced it with a bulb from a bedroom light we were not using. Also there was a bowl of scented pine cones on the dining table. I found the scent very annoying, especially in an eating are, and moved the bowl to another room.
We could not turn on the gas for the gas grill in the garage. Not sure we would have used it anyway, needing to go up and down stairs to the driveway, but certainly no room for it on the balcony. We decided to use the oven broiler instead, but had only the bottom of the broiler pan. Texted our contact and she bought a new complete one for us and delivered it promptly.
So as my title says, our stay was good, not great. We would stay in the condo again, although I would do some checking beforehand to arrange for better provisions, etc.
