Used for business guests. House was very nice, great back patio and dock. Next door neighbor was awesome!

We loved that the parking space at the house. It was large enough to keep our trailer plus our truck. The use of the freezer for bait was nice. Great location. The boat lift was wonderful! Nice home! Great communication with property manager.

Floors were dirty wife had to mop the house and propane was out on the grill didn’t get to use it.

The two bedroom home was in excellent condition. It was clean & the boatlift worked properly. We enjoyed our stay very much and I wrote a letter both to the owners and to the realtor regarding my gratitude. I hope my letter gets to them. I would write this a five star stay. It was clean but it was not at a high upscale property. It met all my expectations and then some. Katie, the property manager, was excellent in responding to my request. I would most certainly stay there again.

We stay here as often as we can when traveling to the keys. The house is clean and has everything we could need for a comfortable stay including a lift to keep our boat clean. We will be back again!

Loved everything about the house, amenities, location and communication
The communication from the start was quick easy and responsive. The directions and access was super easy. The house, patio and dock was very clean and very well set up. It was myself and my 2 boys 12 and 16 and everything was set up perfectly for all ages. I have already recommended this property to multiple people and will recommend to even more. If I come back to Marathon I will definitely stay here again.

Something for everyone
This house was perfect for our family of 4! We could fish or paddle board in the canal behind the house. My kids were safe riding bikes around Key colony on their own. The cabana club access was awesome for non ocean days. There were multiple restaurants that were amazing close by, and marathon offered a variety of activities that we all enjoyed. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you!!

Wonderful!
We enjoyed spring break at this Key Colony property! It was perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed walking to the Cabana Club and to Sunset Park every evening. My kids played basketball and played at the park on the back end of the golf course (just across the street). It is a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. We are in love with the little community of Key Colony and will be back.

Great location
Key Colony Beach was a wonderful location for our first time in the keys.
The Cabana Club was very nice and all of the people we met were very friendly. Sunset beach was fun! We also enjoyed Sombrero Beach and took a drive down to Key West for a day.

Nice little place, Key Colony Beach is a wonderful place to stay, away from it all, yet still close. Katie was great and easy to get ahold of.

Summer Vacation at Key Colony
The property was extremely clean. Easy access to the property in a great location. Wish I had my boat with me to enjoy the amenities even more. We got to see the manatees visit the canal several times, fished of the dock and caught a small barracuda and baby nurse shark. The Cabana Club was very nice, drinks were great, but definitely get there early to get some shade if someone in your crew needs it. The beds were amazing! Slept better here then I do on my own bed.
I did cheat and see what type beds you have so I can purchase one for home.
Only downside was I hauled my kayak down and the dock didn't have a ladder so I couldn't put it in at the house.
Having access to laundry was amazing so all clothes were washed before leaving for home so one less hastle of returning home.

Great location and the house was spotless.
Couldn’t have gone any better ! We rented a boat for the week and kept it at the house. We had great fishing and even better snorkeling close by. We saw dolphins and we had manatees right in front of the house. It was just a great vacation altogether. We loved the house .

We loved it my 72 year old mother was inn heaven great area walking boating eating restaurants you name it all around great place deft coming back again. ASAP.

Short vacation stay in Keys
Place was nice. Could have provided additional trash bags & toilet paper. Washing machine Was not working when we arrived however property manager got us a replacement very quickly. Overall we enjoyed the place. Location is spectacular!!

Property was just as advertised. Easy walk to restaurants, cabana club, and to beautiful Sunset Park. Very clean. Nice outdoor area. Kitchen had everything needed for a weekly stay.

Perfect Vacation Home
We had a great time at this property. Close to everything in Marathon. House was just the right size. The lift and dock were great. We could not have asked for a better place. We look forward to coming back very soon.

Great location!
Our family had a nice time staying here. Being able to have the boat on the lift and go out when we wanted was awesome. The location was great too. The bait freezer and ice machine were a definite plus! You do have to walk through the spare bedroom to get to the master, but that wasn’t an issue for us as we were traveling with our kids. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would consider this location again on our next trip to the keys.

Another great stay here!
This was our second stay at this property and this time for 10 nights. Once again it did not disappoint. We will be back. From the charm of this 2/2, to the boat lift, outside shower, ice machine, boat trailer parking, everything....it’s great for our family of four.

Truly lovely and well-maintained friendly place. The restaurant superior.
The Showerhead should be replaced and or water pressure repaired that was disappointing . The washing machine switches from cold to hot water halfway through the cycle also needs repair.

Very nice place to stay in the keys
This property is a fantastic choice for staying in the keys, specially if you love fishing and own a boat. The boat lift in the back of the house is very convenient. There a fish preparation table with water right next to the boat lift, there also a bait freezer and an ice machine. What else could one ask for ?. The beach at the cabana club is pretty good. Also there is plenty of restaurants close by ..looking forward to come back again.

IT WAS A PERFECT SPOT FOR OUR FAMILY. WE HAVE 3 DAUGHTERS 14,12,10. THE SPACE WAS PERFECT, AND THE PRICE WAS PERFECT. THE ICE MACHINE, AND THE BOAT LIFT WAS A HUGE PLUS FOR ME. WHILE ALL OF MY FRIENDS WERE DRIVING AROUND BUYING ICE I WAS RELAXING AND DRINKING ICE COLD BEVERAGES. WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK AGAIN

Lovely, clean house with boat lift!
Overall we had a great experience with this rental. The newly, upgraded duplex was very clean and had everything you’d need in a kitchen. The industrial ice machine and boat lift were extremely useful!! A few things to consider; if you’re sharing with another couple, keep in mind you walk through that bedroom to go to kitchen/main living area. It’s ideal for a family. Make sure to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels!! Will definitely keep this place in mind for the next Key Colony trip!!

This place is AMAZING!!!!
We had an amazing time at this place. It was super clean and had all amenities you would think of. Boat dock is super comfortable and easy access to golf. The club house was super nice. Very clean and beach was awesome. Even better, is that is walking distance from the house.

Great Place For The Family
We had a wonderful time at our Key Colony vacation rental. Its a small little island which was perfect for our 2 oldest to go exploring. It also has a couple really nice playgrounds close by to keep our youngest occupied when we didnt go to the beach. The Cabana club access was nice too and its in walking distance.
The house had everything we needed to enjoy our time together and was very spacious for the 5 of us. We loved all of the decorations that were there and enjoyed eating meals and driking our morning coffee on the back patio. Its a short drive from a few really nice beaches. We didn't have the boat removed but didn't mind having it there.
The property owner was very responsive for anything that we needed. There is also a grocery store that is right down the road on Marathon so that was convenient for getting what we needed.

Another Great Stay at Key Colony Fishing Heaven!!
This was our second stay this year and once again it was a great week. Clean and comfortable, with all that you need for a great week on the water. Boat lift is great, cleaning station, plenty of hoses for cleanup, freezer for bait and I don't know what I would do with out the ice machine!! Inside is plenty of space for 4-5, but with the great weather we find ourselves hanging out outside in the evenings. We will be back again next year. Great location, perfect for a week on the water and yet very close to many good places to eat. Thanks again for a great week in Key Colony!

Loved this location!
House was perfect! We loved being able to keep our boat steps from the door and enjoy fishing and snorkeling everyday! Well equipped with everything we needed. Decor was tasteful and clean ice machine was a definite plus!
