Le mie settimane iniziano e finiscono il sabato, quindi prova a fare il check-in o il check-out uno di questi giorni. Le sistemazioni del Beach Quarters dispongono di spaziose suite con cucina e angolo cottura completamente attrezzati e zone pranzo. Le suite dispongono inoltre di ampi soggiorni con divani letto e tutte le unità sono dotate di vetrate a tutta altezza con balcone privato. Le suite con una camera da letto includono un divano letto nella camera da letto e possono ospitare sei, perfetto per famiglie numerose. Tutte le camere e le suite includono canali TV premium, lettori DVD, connessione Wi-Fi gratuita e cassaforte compatibile con laptop. In loco è presente un eccellente ristorante di pesce che non solo serve pesce fresco, pasta e bistecche, ma è arredato con gusto e aperto a pranzo e cena stagionalmente. Beach Quarters si trova nel cuore del distretto del resort, all'estremità meridionale della famosa passerella di Virginia Beach, nominata una delle "Top Ten Boardwalks in America". Gli ospiti sono a pochi passi dal divertimento gratuito al 4th Street Stage e dai migliori ristoranti e negozi sul lungomare. Una facile passeggiata nel cuore di VAB: il lungomare, i ristoranti, i bar, la vita notturna, le montagne russe e le giostre, il mini golf, i portici, il lungomare e le spiagge. Ottimo posto per bambini e adulti. La città di VA Beach paga band e spettacoli di strada per esibirsi su ogni altro angolo di strada ogni notte tra la 17a e la 30a strada. Concerti gratuiti nei vari padiglioni su e giù per il lungomare. Ottimo posto per andare in bicicletta o pattini. Parcheggio incluso. Piscina coperta e vasca idromassaggio. Giochi arcade, palestra, attività. 45 minuti da Busch Gardens e Colonial Williamsburg. Adoriamo questo resort perché è il luogo perfetto: sei di fronte all'oceano vicino all'enorme palestra della giungla alla fine della passeggiata a bordo. A due passi da dove escono le gite in barca e le barche da pesca d'altura. Le camere sono più belle del Marriott.

We booked at Beach Quarters, 1 bedroom Ocean Front for 229 per night, great location, unfortunately the hotel oversold and the property manager called us the day before our arrival and offered a studio in the same hotel or an Oceanfront bedroom with 2 balconies in a different Ocean Front hotel. We definitely wanted a 1 bedroom. He did advise us that Ocean Sands was dated and offered a full refund if we didn't like the 2 options. I should have checked the reviews before agreeing, but at that moment we barely had cell service, yet internet. We went with the different hotel with the 1 bedroom at Ocean Sands.
The living suite was ocean front, there was no balcony bedroom ocean front. The bedroom was hot, the bedroom ac did not work. Luckily we brought a fan and put it in front of bedroom door to get some air moving. I can overlook dated, but the floor was more comfortable than the couch., I had to put pillows on the couch in order to sit on it to watch a movie. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. We were on the 2nd floor, the balcony door only locked by a pin., The pool was a covered rooftop bacteria infested 130 degree sauna. The hotel did offer to move us. I checked the reviews after agreeing to this hotel and decided a move wasn't going to be any better. I should have checked the reviews before agreeing to this change. We would have cancelled. Ocean Sands staff was friendly., The room was clean. The location was fantastic. There was a great dining area called Johnny Manana's. Food and staff was great. Would not recommend this hotel unless they did some serious updates. At least get a comfortable sofa and new mattress.

I booked for 6 people the first room was for 2. After I complained they moved us for one night. then had to move again and my kids had to sleep on the floor. Then had to move again, to a hole different resort. My daughter and her family could only stay three nights so with all the moving they did not get to enjoy it. Will never book with them or Vrbo again. Highly recommend you spend your money somewhere else.

Don't stay here
I booked for 6 people the first room was for 2. After I complained they moved us for one night. then had to move again and my kids had to sleep on the floor. Then had to move again, to a hole different resort. My daughter and her family could only stay three nights so with all the moving they did not get to enjoy it. Was very happy with our unit. It was spotless, and had plenty of supplies available to us. The View from our balcony was spectacular, and let location was exactly where we wanted. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely reserve this exact unit in the future. Peter Brown did a fantastic job of meeting our needs. Thank you!

Was very happy with our unit. It was spotless, and had plenty of supplies available to us. The View from our balcony was spectacular, and let location was exactly where we wanted. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely reserve this exact unit in the future. Peter Brown did a fantastic job of meeting our needs. Thank you!

Our room smelled like puke. Was charged $2000 when booked then showed up and charged $300 security deposit that wasn’t told about. Overall it was completely terrible

The unit we reserved was not the unit that was shown online...completely different unit. When I called owner he said those were "stock photos" he did switch us to another unit at a different resort that was acceptable but we had to pack everything back up and load it and drive a few miles down the road. When we did check in we were bombarded by the Diamond resort staff trying to sell "points" for Diamond Resorts (timeshare) and unfortunately we were tired and a little shook from having to move resorts and we were wrangled into the "2 hour" sales pitch on the last day of our vacation. Turned into 3 hours and salespeople were extremely rude and pushy. Was a complete waste of time on our last day of vacation. We did have a good time and the final unit and resort was nice but just a huge hassle in the beginning.

The unit we reserved was not the unit that was shown online...completely different unit. 1 week before Labor Day weekend while the east coast surfing championships and with all the volleyball competitions and events on the beach just outside the hotel balconies the Beach Quarters Hotel decided to schedule an enormous amount of construction, The 3rd floor was covered with plastic, the 5th floor activity area was closed for construction couldn’t be accessed! Carpets, flooring being ripped up with power tools, and painting every day and everywhere in the hotel.The beauty and pleasure from balcony and rooftop bar restaurant was constantly being interrupted by the construction equipment beeping and moving up and down the building spray painting and patching the exterior structure. Doors and walkways blocked with ladders drop cloths and other equipment “ watch your head while passing”. To sum up the week: The location was perfect for relaxation and watching the weeks events however All was interrupted by poor planning for construction, one would think that construction should be done during the off season not the last weeks of summer vacation.

This ocean front Villa was to die for. The view was amazing, the accessibility to the beach and the boardwalk was very convenient. The space was very clean and inviting. We traveled with our three children and they thought it was the coolest place we have been so far (and we have been quite a few places!) The owner of this property was very easy to contact. Overall I would book this space again and we had an great time experienceing the beach!

Amazing view!
This ocean front Villa was to die for. The view was amazing, the accessibility to the beach and the boardwalk was very convenient. The space was very clean and inviting. We traveled with our three children and they thought it was the coolest place we have been so far (and we have been quite a few places!) The owner of this property was very easy to contact. Overall I would book this space again and we had an great time experienceing the beach!
