Location, free parking, easy friendly check in with Angela

It seems like the owner/host has no intention of providing a good experience to their customers. The apartment is worn out and a bit dirty. The bed and pillows are very uncomfortable. The linens were not nice, for instance the fitted sheet on the bed was thin, pilling and dingy colored (we found another sheet in the closet to cover up as we didn’t want to lay on it). There were extra pillows but no covers or pillow cases. The kitchen is sparsely furnished. There were a few mismatched dishes and glasses that were chipped and discolored, and some actually unwashed. There were lots of pots and pans with lids that didn’t fit. There were very few utensils, no fry pan spatula, no spoon for cooking, no cutting board. For cleaning we were provided with a dirty sponge and a small kitchen towel that smelled of food and grease and no kitchen roll and no drying rack. The sofa was worn out and dirty with a broken arm. They add on €75 for cleaning at the end of booking, which is a bit sneaky. I would have expected the apartment to be much cleaner for that amount. Not good value for money. Very disappointed in this stay.

Wi-Fi connection was kind of poor and we didn’t have data in Andorra so wish the Wi-Fi was better
