Scheinbar neues Managment ! Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie Abschiedsgeschenk bzw. extra Flasche Wein am letzten Abend sehr schön bzw. in bleibender Erinnerung. Personal wie immer sehr freundlich !

Das Frühstücksbüffett insgesamt etwas weniger, allerdings sehr hochwertig. Könnte trotzallem reichhaltiger sein....

Cold water on pool shower

Location is amazing with a million dollar view! Breakfast is superb with many options for special diets, as well. Very kind personnel took care of charging our EV. Very comfortable bed, in-room Nespresso and extended breakfast time, made our stay even more relaxing.

Too many 'remainder' emails with offers, prior to arrival.

Sehr grosses Design-Hotel mit allem möglichem Komfort. Wunderschöne Lage mit Blick auf Rovinj. Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Personal aussergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Leider werden die Speisen zum Nachtessen nur lauwarm serviert, diese sind nach kurzer Zeit kalt. Scheint in Kroatien so üblich zu sein. Wir haben zwar heisse Teller verlangt, blieb leider beim Wunsch.

Der Service ist nicht zu übertreffen. Die Ausstattung, wie bspw. die Liegen am Pool und am Strand, sind großartig und komfortabel.

Superior location, excellent rooms and bathroom, amazing beach amenities. Breakfast was some of the best at any establishment. Incredible pool and spa facilities. Staff was top notch.

Wouldn't have expected carpeting in common areas and rugs in the room, stained and not sanitary. Pillows were lacking but asked for different ones which were brought right way.

The location and views.

The service doesn’t meet the standards of other 5* hotels I’ve stayed in. The breakfast and coffee were not hot each morning. We didn’t always get the items we ordered at breakfast. The items in the bathroom were not topped up daily Whilst lovely to have, the plunge pools on the balconies are too cold and when I asked to turn the temperature up I was told they couldn’t and was given different information regarding the temperature. I had to report a blocked shower which flooded the bathroom in two occasions and a plug socket hanging out the wall in the bathroom. On my day of check out, the fruit bowl was filled with a message and chocolates. a lovely gesture but as I was leaving that day, couldn’t make use of any of the items. These would have been better if received during my stay.
