I can imagine not everyone likes the neighbourhood, but we found it fitting to our taste. Also great self checkin / checkout system.

The rooms are used by local couples for their intimate night activities. Since the walls are not soundproof, you cannot sleep at all, because of the sounds of the other guests having "fun". Not enough towels were provided. Only one towel for two people. Kitchenette poorly equipped . Bed sheets with holes and stains of sticky liquid. The room is located in an apartment at the last floor of a dilapidated terribly maintained building of 1907. When you enter the building it is very filthy and infested with hundreds of mosquitos and webs in every corner. Impossible to open the windows in the room because of mosquitos. Very hard to get in contact with the owner. He rarely picks up the phone. It took me two days.

Good position, really cheap, even though we haven't used kitchenette it was nice touch.

We didn't have internet needed to send passports so we needed to find a way to do that before we got code.

Easy and fast check in&out without unnecessary contact. Room had all essentials and was clean, nice decor. Bus station is very near (if needed) but also a walking distance to the center. Parking available in the area.

Bed could be little more comfortable, but not a deal breaker. Shower doors weren't properly attached.

Way to many stairs for luggage, no elevator - floor number 4, not mentioned in discription! We couldn’t carry all of our luggage upstairs..I wouldn’t choose this staying I I knew about the stairs-no elevator situation. The room needs some renovations, the walls were dirty.

The view was not nice, the buildings in the area was old and ruined. The apartment was far away from the center and from the beaches

There was no breakfast option to choose. The location was pretty bad - industrial and no shops, supermarkets or restaurants nearby.

The host was arrogant. The WIFI was not working when I arrived there and duly informed them. When I asked again the next morning, there was no response. I just managed to speak to the cleaning lady and got hold of the host. In the end, I have to climb the ladder to restart the router. After all this hastle, the host was mentioning that "I did screw their day due to this WIFI issue" and added "there is a life without WIFI". Its not their place to tell as what is important or relevant for me. I suppose that they should advertise "unreliable WIFI" and if doesnt work, the guest have to fix it by themselves.
