The location was great. We were there for a concert at Sandstone so this suited our needs .It has obviously had a renovation done & this has been done extremely well. We felt it was everything we needed. This accommodation would suit two families perfectly with the upstairs & down stairs units.

The second bedroom didn't have aircon so we only used the front bedroom which meant we had more road noise.. We were fine but in the really hot weather & if there were four guests, this could be a problem for others.

Location, yard size for vehicles, comfortable.

Lack of linen. Fresh turf laid at entry to back yard, dodged it all weekend but the tenants downstairs drove straight through it.

Location was good , view was nice , the unit had lots of accessories needed for a short stay

The doona cover on the bed , we removed it , it was not laundered and was yuk and the blue cotton rug had stains on it 😱 But the bed was comfortable enough The bed covers could be of a better quality and fit the bed King cover is better on a Queen bed , other wise you end a up in a tub war with a smaller cover , with your partner If you were to stay longer ,having laundry facilities would have been good

View from balcony are awesome, spacious areas, 30 sec walk to shops, air con, clean and tidy, heaps of parking space. There was a tenant below us on ground floor, but was no issue.

Need to take sheets, pillow cases, towels

Beautiful view …. Nice long comfy couches

Wasn’t notified about there being no linen or towels supplied until I arrived….. the upstairs outdoor eating area needs cleaning ( sand and grass all up there on floor and table )

View was awesome.

Grass was not mowed, outdoor patio and table were not cleaned, no chux, paper towel etc were provided even though you were asked to wash up and put away plates etc. Cups in cupboard were dirty. Smoke alarm went off in middle of night for no reason, resetting did not help, had to remove and leave on table.
