Was a lovely place, clean en spacious. We had all we needed. Nice decorations for X-mas, like decorations en hamper.

The house was lovely I was impressed with the Owners thoughts into what may be needed on the stay. It was very detailed instruction. There were food and drink left for us which was very nice. My only other thoughts would have been some detail on the tide of the sea when the tide is in and out at times through the year. This was a very small thing. The stay was very nice for both my family and for my brother and sister in law's family.

Lovely spacious home with everything you would need. Very clean with a beautiful garden and games room. Parking for 3 cars (we got 3 on the drive without having to use the grass). Would recommend for a lovely stay.

We were two families staying over new year. The house and location was perfect for us. It's very near to the beach and shops. The house was well furnished and kitchen equipped with utensils needed. Would recommend

Without doubt a wonderful property . Well appointed , clean , providing everything we needed We enjoyed a lovely simple holiday , relaxing in the garden, daily walks to the beach and local shops for treats Or top ups . A couple of queries were immediately resolved by the owners , excellent communication . Thank you for the use of your home .

Spacious and comfortable house, well situated to explore the area. Kitchen was well equipped and the decor is perfect for a summer rental. We loved being so close to the RM&D railway - it's great fun.

Perfect family home for a get away.
From start to finish we all had a brilliant time, house was spotless when we arrived.
Plenty of stuff through out the house for everyday uses.
If your wanting a family holiday with young children this place is perfect!
more than well Equipped for it all and the play room out back keeps them well entertained for hours.
Even communication with the owner was brilliant, didn’t msg to much but at the same time was making sure things was all ok for us.
Over all couldn’t fault anything.
Will recommend to anyone and defo come back again if we holiday in this area again.

Spacious, well decorated, neat, family friendly home
The house was stylishly decorated, clean, spacious and well equipped with a beautiful garden. The garden room had an assortment of toys and games. Very suitable for our family of people in their 60s, 30s and little ones. Good sandy beaches are close by. The only small negative was the neighbourhood.

Perfect family getaway
The property is beautifully kept and so homely, the pictures don’t do it justice. Isabel is a friendly & responsive hostess who was happy to help
with any questions I had about our stay. The location is very ideal as it’s a stone’s throw from the coastal beaches - especially great if you have children and/or dogs. Some lovely walks & pubs nearby, would highly recommend this property. Thanks Isabel :-)

This is the second time that we stayed at this holiday home and the house was as lovely as we remembered. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and my disabled father was once again comfortable in the downstairs bedroom with en suite. We had a lot of fun in Dymchurch which is walking distance and ventured a little further out to Port Lympne Zoo which was a great day out.
This time we had an extra family member in the form of my toddler and found the house to be very baby friendly with the inclusion of the stair gate and high chair which came in very handy. We were sad to leave and hope to book another stay in future.

Was perfect for the family to all be together for our 40th enjoyed the house so much would like to come down again just the two of us. Glad we found this little gem.

Staying in the Marsh
Clean and spacious property really well set up for families snd small groups as it has a useable garden catching both morning sunlight for early morning coffee and evening sunlight for a glass or two! Plenty of garden furniture & Games room - not explored but loads for children to do. No towels is only criticism - table seats 4 in kitchen and small dining room space for full group to sir and eat together.

Excellent stay
Lovely short stay with my husband and children, nice clean house, with excellent facilities. Perfect location for a train mad 7 year old, lots to see and explore nearby and great view of the RHDR through the back garden. Highly recommend.

Nice house, lots of space but still cosy
We were with 2 families. 1 with 2 kids, having the upstairs, with 3 bedrooms and a big bathroom. 1 couple, having the master suite. A nice living, big kitchen and seperate dining. The games house in the garden we didn't use, too cold (we couldn't get the provided heater working). But in summer I guess that will also be nice. Excellent location for those who like quiet, but still possibilities to do a lot. Like going to London. Half an hour drive to Ashford, good half an hour with the train and you are in London. Half an hour drive to Dover' white cliffs, etc. Nice! The roads at st mary bay need work, don't know where the (road)taxes are spend. But: we'll back again.

Lovely family break at st marys bay
The house itself was so lovely, clean and tidy. It is clearly a much loved home and we enjoyed every minute staying there together. The location was lovely and it was great fun spotting the steam trains go past at the end of the garden. The dowstairs en suite bedroom was perfect for my dad who struggles to get upstairs and there was enough space for his wheelchair which fit perfectly in the hall. The small steam train station is a short walk away and we had great fun exploring the neighbouring villages via the railway which the children also loved! We were very sad to leave and hope to stay again in future.

Wir hatten noch nie ein so gut eingerichtetes hochwertiges Ferienhaus. Auf alle Anfragen per Mail kam sofort Antwort. Alle haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt.
Kleiner Tip: ein großer Topf in der Küche dazu wäre schön.
Wer Land, Leute und Meer zu schätzen weiß ist hier genau richtig.

Fantastic house for 5 adults and 3 kids, plenty of space inside and out, including a games room. Renovated to a very high standard and walking distance to a beach. Also the bonus of the miniature train passing by the bottom of the garden for the kids enjoyment.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage!
Wir haben ein wirklich großartiges Osterwochenende in diesem einzigartigem Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlt überhaupt nichts! Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet , das Wohnzimmer hat ausreichend Sitzplätze für acht Personen, und nicht zu vergessen ist der wunderschöne Garten. Ich bin sicher, dass wir wiederkommen werden!
