Benvenuti a Casa Mahalo! Il nostro cottage di lusso di nuova costruzione (data di completamento di giugno 2017) ha tutti i comfort il tuo grande gruppo [fino a 12 !!!] può capire. La location è THE premier location nel cuore di Siesta Key Village, proprio dietro Gilligan's e Lelu's Coffee Shop! All'interno potrai goderti la pavimentazione in stile contemporaneo in legno di porcellana in tutto l'edificio di tre piani, un ascensore per accedere a ogni piano dal piano terra, bagni enormi e decadenti, elettrodomestici nuovi, lavatrice / asciugatrice, contatori al quarzo e stato del elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile in cucina e due verande con vista mozzafiato sulla piscina privata e molti altri ottimi servizi. Al piano di sotto, godetevi la vostra piscina privata a bordo piscina privata che offre relax per il vostro gruppo, oltre a un frigorifero all'aperto, un barbecue e una TV HD a parete per i vostri sport preferiti! The whole family enjoyed the location and house!! They had a playpen for our granddaughter, but didn’t advertise it. The house had tons of room and lots of things to offer.

I would rate this as a 4.8 if it were an option...The location is PERFECT, behind the main drag with all of the shops and restaurants and one block to beach access. The extras- heated pool, 4 bikes, beach chairs w/wagon to haul everything, W/D, ping pong table, were in good shape and greatly appreciated. That being said, we had several not so minor problems, all of which were handled promptly after notifying the management company. The keyless entry system worked fine on all but the door to get into the unit, fortunately we were able to get in via the elevator! It would have been easy to reprogram it remotely as soon as we spoke with them, but they opted to send a maintenance worker out the next day. When we attempted to use the bikes, we had to have them return to fix all of the seats and handlebars because they were dangerously loose and required tools to tighten. That was quickly resolved, as was the water dispenser in the refrigerator that stopped working on day three (the tap water in Florida is horrible). While working on that, it became apparent that the disposal had a leak, again fixed right away. Overall, it didn’t ruin our vacay, but that was a lot of things to go wrong and I believe in honest reviews and count on that when I am making a decision. I prefer refillable environmentally sustainable toiletries to the starter kits with multiple little plastic bottles in each room, and a soap dish vs leaving the wet bar on the counters to get slimy. Still recommend 100%!

Our stay was wonderful. Great place and great location. The one down side is not enough sun on the pool so if you are looking for a shady place then this it.

Loved it! Just wish they would have said that the pool for the 3rd floor was in the shade the entire day. No sun at all. We would have booked the 2nd floor as their pool has sun.

Loved our stay at the cottage. The location cannot be beat, fall out of bed and your in town and a 5 min walk to the beach. House is spotless and the bikes and pool floats were a nice surprise.

Had two great shopping days. And the food was amazing! Just crossed the street and we were in the heart of The Village and could not have been more perfect. SKOB ordered every app on menu and all amazing! The Cottage, Summer House, Bonjour breakfast, etc. Gorgeous pool! Beach close. House so big, pretty and perfect! Top floor so elevator loaded and sent the suitcases in up. Nothing bad to say! Perfect.

This property was perfect for our group of seven. Plenty of space, great layout and amazing location. The private pool was lovely, the only drawback being no easy bathroom access, a half bath by the pool would make it perfect.
The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels, etc. The market a block away is very convenient for stocking up for the week.
The beach is a short walk away, everything is convenient. We’d recommend this property to others and plan on returning.

This property was perfect for our group of seven. Plenty of space, great layout and amazing location. The private pool was lovely, the only drawback being no easy bathroom access, a half bath by the pool would make it perfect.
The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels, etc. The market a block away is very convenient for stocking up for the week.
The beach is a short walk away, everything is convenient. We’d recommend this property to others and plan on returning.

We had a great time at this property! It was perfect for a girls getaway and the private pool is an awesome amenity! We had some issues with the elevator (user error) but ended up just not using it anyways. The property was beautiful inside and out and really conveniently located. We have recommended this property to all our friends and do plan to come back ASAP!

Casa Mahalo, Siesta Key
The property was superb. In particular, I wish I could give the location 6 or 7 stars. It was a two minute walk to the beach and less than that to all of the activity in Siesta Key Village, as well as the incredibly well stocked Morton's Siesta Key market. The layout of the apartment gave each couple in our group of 8 plenty of privacy as well as plenty of room to socialize and eat together. Minor in the overall scheme of things was the limited water pressure in the showers, particularly the master bath. Overall I can't recommend this property highly enough, and look forward to returning in the future.

Great Trip!!
Our adult children met us here for an adults only vacation. We loved the property and really enjoyed our own private pool. Location was great....just a short walk to the beach, the grocery/liquor store (which surprisingly had everything we needed even though it was a small store), and lots of restaurants/bars/shops. Our end of the beach was perfect....the other end was super crowded! The house had a lot of “extras”.... lawn chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, beach cart, 4 bikes, beach towels, beach toys (enjoyed the bocce ball set), cupcakes to welcome us, and an elevator to make the trip to the 3rd floor easy especially for the suitcases and groceries....very nicely furnished!! One afternoon a couple girls from The Cottages came by to check on us...with a bottle of wine...just to make sure everything was good! Would definitely stay here again!!

The house was perfect!! Close to the shops, bars and restaurants and the beach is only 3 blocks away. Loved the private pool.

Siesta key cottage
This house was PERFECT for my best friends bachelorette. There were 9 of us. An abundance of towels. The pool was a great size. The king size beds were super comfortable and the sofa sleeper that pulled out came in handy. There were 2 instances where someone got stuck in the elevator for a few seconds, we had to open and shut the gate a few times from the inside to get the outside door to open. Maybe that needs to be figured out before the next guest. Other than that it was a beautiful home and I HIGHLY suggest it to anyone. The walk to the beach seemed like a 3 minute walk and the water was see-through and the sand was so silky.

Beautiful place, great location
This place was perfect for our girls getaway! The location was perfect! Walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, and the beach. My only complaints are that we could’ve get the elevator to work after the first day, the ice machine did not work on the kitchen refrigerator, and there were ants in one of the bedrooms/bathrooms. Other than those things we had a great time and would definitely come back!

Construction and false info
First we were woken every morning with construction as a house next door was being built , second upon arrival the floors were extremely dirty, last it says three floors which is misleading. It is one floor with a garage. No bathroom off of the pool, three stories to climb.

Family vacation
We recently stayed with 3 adults and 4 children and were blown away with the amount of space we had!! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and an amazing kitchen. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved sitting outside and grilling. The garage fridge was such a treat to be able to store grilling foods in. And the property was very well stocked with plenty of beach towels and gear! We will definitely book again!!
