The caravan could have been cleaned better.

Could do with more on site shops as no shop at all on the site and an ironing board for the caravan 👍

Very nice layout, with great furnishings. We only needed to stay one night but still reasonably priced. Will book again.
Parking away from the caravan wasn't ideal. The site needs more bins around the area.

Loved the location and was very quiet
It wasn't as clean as it should be eg basic things like the fridge and when we got there the mirror on the kitchen cupboard was cracked so we stayed away from it but around about 9.30 last night it fell off splintering on the floor and behind the television seeing as the caravan had been prepared for us to go in someone must've seen it because we didn't cause the damage and it was very dangerous just glad we didn't have children with us

Lovely Caravan. Clean and tidy with everything we needed.
The site didn't have some of the facilities that we would want if we re booked. This includes a Gym and a swimming pool.

The location and cleanliness is very good.
One of the small room heater was not working, DVD player is old style with scart lead which you cannot attach to TV provided as the TV only takes HDMI cables.

Quiet position. Close to beach .
Older caravan . Although nice clean bedding. Screws coming through wall off next rooms heater. No toilet roll holder, or trays to use in the oven . The blinds needed replacing in living room

I like the fact it was by the beach
There was a street light right outside the bedroom window i did not sleep well, if the window had black out Curtains it may of helped

To maintain the horizontal blinds as it was broken in some parts so sun was coming straight to eyes

Location right on the beach and the park is relatively quiet and easy to get to.
Also right near the train line if you like trains an ideal base for exploring North Wales
Bed is a bit lumpy, the shower has a lack of water pressure, the decking has a nice bounce to it

The caravan was lovely clean and spacious, the area it's self was brilliant with lots to do for families.

I’m the perfect location
On arrival to the caravan we noticed that there had been things left behind from a previous guest. (Tweezers and a hair clip) also the toilets weren’t very clean and one of the toilet seats were damaged.

one of the caravans we stayed in had no deck, that’s just me being picky having a toddler with us everything was lovely.

It was like home away from home because it had everything you needed.
It was a lovely stay and my children loved it also.
The only bad thing was that our caravan was near a train track and we had train going pass every 20 to 30 minutes.

Caravan was a good size, with plenty of space.
For first 3 days the caravan stank of curry (I'm guessing from previous guest) went and bought air fresheners etc to try and get rid of smell.
Site is cashless so had to pay on card for drinks at bar.
Caravan was positioned directly behind bar garden so could hear loud music until late night.

We liked the location as it was 2 minutes from the beach and the double bed was super comfortable. The added radiators were also great as it took the chill away in the mornings. The outside area was nice (even though we didn't get to use it because of the weather). The hosts were friendly, guided us to the caravan and stayed to tell us some extra info about the area.
The windows let a lot of cold in and during the storm it was very loud and cold. Also, a pizza took around 40 minutes to cook in the oven.

Good facilities on site & just a stones throw away from the beach.
The owners were extremely helpful & accommodating.

The facilities was excellent, neat and clean.... Before arrival Samantha msgd us... It was our first Caravan experience... Totally enjoyed the stay...
The Caravans was not numbered properly from outside .. Felt so much difficulty to find our booked Caravan... I strongly suggest to please number from outside.. So that everyone could recognize their own booked caravans
