Everything was wonderful - very easy to find the property, great unit that's close to the main street, extremely large unit, excellent amenities, super clean, a large variety of kitchenware/appliances and the owners of the property were so nice and helpful. I highly recommend staying here - you will be happy you did!

Todo bien, hemos estado muy agusto y tranquilos, buena ubicación tanto para visitar Pontevedra como para ir a los alrededores.

El apartamento perfecto con todos los utensilios , la propietaria muy atenta y todo muy limpio. Un saludo y espero volver!

Amplio y agradable, muy limpio , no faltaba nada es como si estuvieses en tu casa, estupendo para pasar unos días.

La atención de Maria Teresa al darnos informaciones varias sobre la zona ha sido de 10. Los supermercados están muy cerquita y el obrador Acuña con sus ricas empanadas muy cerca. Nos ha encantado el centro histórico de Pontevedra, es una maravilla, está a unos 10-15 minutos andando y el mercado de abastos, buen pescado y buen marisco. En la casa, la limpieza es de sobresaliente y no exagero, una pasada. Es muy cómoda, espaciosa y luminosa. Tiene absolutamente todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Hemos dormido muy bien y sin ruidos. Está muy cerca de la incorporación a la autopista y de otras carreteras y era muy fácil llegar a todos los sitios de interés rápidamente, Sanxenxo, Combarro, O Grove, Vigo, Santiago, etc. Gracias María Teresa, volveremos seguro.

La estancia en Pontevedra ha sido magnífica gracias a nuestros anfitriones, siempre han estado ahí para nosotras, muy amables y resolutivos. Además, el piso es espacioso y luminoso, muy bien equipado y localizado. Alojamiento y ciudad para repetir!!

Hemos estado una semana en Pontevedra y nos ha encantado la ciudad y las visitas que hemos realizado a Rías Básicas. La estancia en el piso de María Teresa ha sido estupenda: muy agradable, cómoda y limpia. A la llegada María Teresa nos dió mucha información muy útil de lugares que no nos deberíamos perder, cosa que le hemos de agradecer porque nos ha servido de mucho.

This apartment is a gem and the owners could not be more helpful, even driving us to their garage when we had a problem with our car. Their advice on where to visit was equal to any tourist authority and made our stay more enjoyable. Pontevedra by the way is perfect for visiting Galicia. It is central to all Galicia and has its own beauty as well. This apartment is perfect to make those tours, as it is near the motorway and the centre of the city. Portugal is just down the road as well.

We had a wonderful stay in Pontevedra. It was made even better by staying at Maria’s place. Her husband Manuel was so kind. The apartment was spotless, spacious, comfortable and fully equipped. It was like being at home. They even had beach chairs & an umbrella to borrow. The apartment is in a beautifully maintained modern building, very secure & a 10 minute walk from the old town. We also found street parking every day with little hassle. This is a marvellous place, possibly the nicest we’ve stayed in. Unmissable. Oh and thank you Manuel for the delicious bottle of wine!

Great location close to the train and bus station and 10 minute walk to the old town area. The apartment was comfortable, spacious and very clean. We had everything we needed and there are two supermarkets really close by. We loved visiting Pontevedra and the surrounding areas .

This apartment is without a doubt the cleanest and best apartment we have ever stayed in, being large, modern and equipped with everything you need. We stayed here for 10 days while competing in the World Championships here in Pontevedra. We could not have asked for a better location for all our needs. It is easy to walk to the old historic town of Pontevedra and supermarkets within a stone throw away. Emails in advance were answered promptly and the day of arrival, the owner and her son arrived on time to let us in. The owners son was there to translate for us in English and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in regards to the area. Our hosts lived in the same building and were ready to help in any way they could. Thanks for making our stay perfect..

An excellent apartment with everything I needed. The lounge is a special delight, bright and airy and lovely afternoon sunshine. Out of the door and its a straightforward, pleasant walk into the town centre. Also very close to the bus and train stations. Wish I was staying longer.

We stayed here for a week in early September. Emails in advance were answered promptly and the day of arrival, the owner and her son arrived on time to let us in. The owners son was there to translate for us in English and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in regards to the area. The apartment was the cleanest I've stayed in and had everything you could want, and the bed in the main bedroom had the most comfortable mattress ever (I was tempted to ask where it's from). The lounge has nice big windows on the sunny side so that was nice to sit in of an evening. It's well located down the road from the Train Station which is also right near the bus station and enabled us to take many trips out of the immediate area. Pontevedra itself is also full of shops and supermarkets, cafes and restaurants and the locals are friendly. One of my favourite stays.

A bright modern appartment in the interesting medieval town of Pontevedra. It’s an easy walk into the centre where there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as sights. The hosts are friendly and welcoming and there is lots of information about what to locally. The beaches close by are absolutely beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped and it was nice to offered equipment for the beach. We used the garage which was a good option for us. We were there for the medieval festival which was really great and not be missed if you happen to be there when it is on. We recommend this as a place to stay.

The apartment suited us beautifully and Mayte and her son Marcos were very welcoming and gave us plenty of advice about where to go. As others mentioned, the apartment is very central and well-appointed. The only problem we had was with parking. Although street parking is mostly unrestricted, it wasn’t always possible to find a spot near the apartment.

We enjoyed our two weeks in Pontavedra. The apt was perfect n very roomy, had all d essentials for our stay. Particularly d owners were extremely helpful in every way, and their son helped us a lot as he had a good knowledge of English. We came from Ireland, only problem was very few natives speak English n all Spanish tv channels, but locals were extremely helpful. As we travelled a lot, d apt was ideal being close to Bus n Train stations . Would recommend it highly . John & Mairead, Galway, Ireland.

From the outset, our hosts, Mayte and her family were informative and welcoming, from lots of pre-information through to a welcoming committee at the train station complete with name placard (thanks Manel and Julio)! The apartment is very close to the train and bus terminals, with supermarkets nearby, and only a 10-15 minute walk to the city centre. As for the apartment, it’s one of the best apartments I’ve ever stayed in, being large, modern and equipped with everything convenience needed to fall in love with Pontevedra and its surrounding localities. And if you need something, our hosts lived in the same building and were ready to help in any way they could. Thanks for making our stay as wonderful as it was.

Yes. This apartment was the right choice for us. The internet service was reliable, the public transportation was excellent, and the convenience of a grocery store were all perfect. Also, there is a gym right around the corner and a river park for an evening walk!

We loved this apartment. You can't fault the location, it's right beside the bus and train stations, a 15 minute walk to Pontevedra centre and there was a wonderful, large Mercadona supermarket over the road which was so handy for our food supplies. Mayte and her husband Manel were lovely, welcoming hosts and the flat was beautiful, spotlessly clean and had everything you needed for a short break. It's on the 3rd floor but there were two lifts if you have cases or heavy bags to negotiate. The kitchen was well kitted out with both a toaster and a kettle which are often not standard in a European flat. The living room was spacious and comfortable as were the bedrooms (one double and one twin, perfect for families) and two toilets - it was great. The wifi signal was strong and reliable, water was hot all the time and Mayte lives on the 5th floor of the building so was available if you needed help which was very reassuring. There are lot of leaflets, maps and information in the flat about Pontevedra and the surrounding areas which were so helpful as we travelled around every day exploring the region, public transport is so easy to use, affordable and frequent. And there was a washing machine which we used midway in our week as we didn't bring many clothes. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in this area, you won't find better accommodation! Muchas gracias a Mayte y Manel. 😍

We really enjoyed staying at this apartment. It was clean, well-appointed, and spacious. The living room was bright and airy, the beds and bedrooms comfortable. It was obvious that Maria Teresa values her property and makes sure it is in good order. In addition, she was there when we arrived to show us around, explain the parking, and offer great suggestions for restaurants, places to visit, and even best roads to take to get to our destinations. The apartment is about a 15 minute walk from the old city of Pontevedra. This is a place we would return to .

What a wonderful spot. The apartment is fantastic, with everything you could want during your stay. So great that you feel that you are a guest in someone's home. The location is great, about a 15 minute walk to the old town and a quick and easy exit and entrance to the highway. Maria was extremely helpful. She met us on arrival, and showed us all around the apartment. She also gave us ideas and information about the area, and offered to help with tickets if needed. There are many booklets in the apartment with information about the area. We loved our time there, and hope to return before long.
