When we arrived the cabin was very clean. My family loved all the space and the location. We all fit very comfortably. Loved that it had two full bathrooms. The views from the windows were beautiful. The price was great for this beautiful cabin.

The wifi didn’t work and some of the dishes we used were dirty.

The location was quiet and nestled in the woods about 30 minutes from Bear Valley ski resort.

The showers worked for about 10 minutes at a time and the water tank would need about 3 hours to reheat. We were not aware of this and with 12 tired skiers, this was extremely cumbersome. we ended up boiling hot water from an electric water kettle to take sponge baths. The mentioned parking for Four cars. This was a bit deceiving. The driveway was on a deep slope (45 degrees) and the cars would need to be stacked behind each other since it was a narrow single driveway. Every other driveway in the neighborhood had ample parking except for ours. The customer service response time was not minutes or hours, but freaking days. The first question from our stay via message and phone was, why does the lock box combo not work? luckily we discovered a second lock box, counter to our instructions. One key for three groups was really inconvenient.
