Struttura accogliente in pieno centro proprio sulla parte pedonale del lungo Reno. Staff gentile e molto disponibile. Ottima e abbondante colazione.

La mancanza del frigo bar in camera che tra l’altro sarebbe una grande fonte di guadagno per la struttura stessa.

Sehr schöne Lage, hübsche Einrichtung, nettes Frühstück in Frühstücksraum mit Blick auf den Rhy.

Wir hatten leider einen Fön bei dem die Wärmespule defekt war und somit war nur kaltes Fönen möglich. Es hätte gerne noch staubfreirer sein können. Und leider einen Riss in dem Toilletensitz, was wirklich weh tat, wenn darin die Haut oder Haare eingeklemmt waren. Ein Handtuch weniger nach Roomservice. Da hätten wir für den Preis doch etwas mehr erhofft.

Did not appreciate at all the hotel did not have ac. It was awful. The room was small and stuffy and not attached to the hotel. Construction going on. We had to pay $150 to upgrade to AC. Would not recommend in any capacity. The breakfast however was excellent

We were given a room with a balcony, it was kept clean and cozy. Staff were really helpful and nice with all the requests we had. Ambiance was excellent. Highly recommend

There were no mugs for coffee/tea, just normal glasses. Apart from that everything was brilliant.

Problem with electricity, in our room we needed to unplug one of the lamps. Not enough sockets, none near the bed.

Breakfast was very good as was the location, staff most helpful too.

we booked the studio room and it was huge! perfect for staying with a young child, able to put them to sleep and still enjoy our evening in the “living” side. massive bathroom and bath too the staff was so friendly and welcoming

initially couldn’t find the entrance (it’s in the main hotel over the road) and many stairs to get into the main hotel was tricky with the pram

The location was amazing, super central. The staff was really friendly and when we checked in we got upgraded to the penthouse which was just wow! The room was so stylish and we had a really cute terrace. The breakfast was really great too with lots of choice and we sat by the windows with the view over the Rhein river.
