La nostra nuova casa di 3000 piedi quadrati è davvero una bella vita pur avendo tutti i comfort di casa. Questa casa moderna, luminosa e ariosa si trova proprio accanto a parchi, ristoranti, cinema e mezzi pubblici. È situato a solo UN BLOCCO di distanza dagli autobus e dalla metropolitana (Bart) che porta direttamente nel cuore della città. Sei a 10-15 minuti da Mission, Union Square, dal centro di San Francisco, dalle funivie e dal Moscone Center. Con 3 piani, vanta 8 camere da letto di lussuoso spazio abitativo. Goditi l'accesso al cortile da quattro delle sue camere da letto. La casa offre anche 2 posti auto in tandem. Ci sono molti servizi in casa nel caso in cui ti sei dimenticato di portare qualcosa da casa. La nostra velocità di Internet è fino a 1.000 Mbps, quindi rimarrai connesso lontano da casa. Abbiamo anche molti prodotti da cucina per chi ha voglia di consumare un pasto cucinato in casa. Abbiamo pensato molto alla preparazione della casa in modo che i nostri ospiti si sentissero il più a loro agio possibile durante il loro soggiorno. Saremo anche in attesa in caso di dubbi o domande. We all loved this place, we had all our kids and grandkids with us. The beds were comfortable, and a safe neighborhood. The host was great about answering all my questions. we will stay here again.

We had 18 guys in for a bachelor party. The house was very spacious, with plenty of beds, bathrooms and amenities. The backyard was spacious enough for us to play for cornhole. This is a great place and is exactly as advertised.

There are very few spots in SF (or close proximity) that can fit a group of 15+. We were happy to find this place since it is just outside SF and close by to BART. The property manager did a good job with communication and, overall, I don't have anything negative to say. So long as you keep the expectations as "functional" for the group size, this is a good spot.

We had a work meeting nearby and wanted to stay in a house vs a hotel. Daniel was great to work with and we enjoyed staying at the house. The next time we have a group meeting in the area, we will plan to stay there again. Thanks- Steve

Our group of MFA classmates get together every year for a writing retreat, so we're looking for a place that has comfortable quarters, room to work quietly, and a space to gather together. This gem of a residence fit the bill.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the five full baths meant no one ever had to wait to use one. The kitchen and dining areas had everything we needed to prepare meals and served as a central meeting space. Those of us staying around longer appreciated the laundry! The only thing that could have made it better would have been a table and chairs in the outdoor space.
The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, aside from the occasional neighbors' dog. The location had a lot to recommend it: close to the BART, making it was easy for us to take an evening trip into the city. Relatively close to the airport made arriving and departing easy. And the area felt safe to walk in.
We all got a lot of work done as we reconnected and enjoyed each others' company. And our host responded quickly to our questions! Overall, a great stay.

It was my 40th birthday celebration and I wanted to celebrate in SF - one of my favorite cities! We were a group of 16 and this house served as the perfect place. Not far from the city and so much space! We used the kitchen and social spaces well. If folks wanted to retire or wake up early, they could do so and others weren't disturbed. There was a side room with a wonderful table where some folks worked-from-home during the day coz they couldn't take the whole day off.
I have to say I loved the beds and sheets! And the towels were so soft!
Overall this was a perfect house for my friends and I and I definitely recommend it for large groups or families.

This is house is a go to!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have stayed at rental homes all over the country and this is in my tops list!!! Owners are amazing, house is amazing!!!!! Cant say enough good. When we come back we will be staying here!!!!

Recently enjoyed a trip to California. SF is splendid. Definitely go!
We’re a large group, and everyone fit with extra beds. Accurate house description. Issue with the dishwasher upon arrival, contacted Daniel and issue was resolved within hours.
House is close to Bart, and highway entrance, for quick downtown access. 15m drive to twin peaks for amazing sunsets, and near the beach.

Hello,
We hosted a family get together in the Bay Area and this house generally worked out well. Nice San Francisco style neighborhood where we felt safe and were close to public transportation and grocery shopping. The kitchen had most of what we needed for big family meals though additional kitchen towels would have been welcomed.
There was one rather glaring safety issue to be aware of if you have children; the windows in the top two bedrooms open low to the ground and there are no screens or bars, meaning if accidentally left open a child could easily fall out. This was on many of our minds the whole trip. Even if kids are not staying in those rooms if they made their way up there it would be unsafe. It was also quite hot up there and keeping the windows closed was uncomfortable. Something to be aware of.
The house comes with two very welcomed parking spots. If you're renting a house this big you'll likely need more spaces than that and limitations to street parking for visitors makes that a challenge. It's city living but something to be aware of.

Perfect for a group of 17 ladies!
The location, accommodations and owner were all perfect for our stay. We are a group of 17 co-workers with a convention at Moscone Centre. All having our own beds and 5 bathrooms was a huge bonus. The house is exactly as shown in pictures and an easy walk to the BART station. I would 100% recommend this place and I would stay there again if the chance arises.

House is as described on website. Experienced minor issues upon check in that were promptly resolved after speaking with Edward. Who is an absolute pleasure to work with. Edward is readily available with a100% attention to detail on his property. Would recommend anyone searching for a high capacity getaway to consider this property.
We were in town for our Son's wedding and could not have picked a better home for the weekend. Thank you Edward.

Gorgeous home perfect for large gatherings
This home was immaculate, spacious, thoughtfully appointed and comfortable. The street was nice and quiet - only a block from BART, so super easy for transportation. We had a group of 11 and it was perfect.

There were tons of rooms for everyone, with bedrooms having a single large bed or rooms with up to 3 smaller beds, so there will definitely be room for everyone in your group. Everything in the house was very nice, from the tables to the showers. There were even some snacks that were left out for us, which we really appreciated.
