La suite per gli ospiti si trova a un'estremità della casa principale e ha un ingresso privato dall'atrio. Vi è abbondanza di spazio per veicoli di tutte le dimensioni.
Riscaldamento e aria condizionata sono centralizzati per la casa. Gli ospiti sono quindi invitati a passeggiare nei giardini e trovare un posto tranquillo dove sedersi fuori e godersi l'aria di campagna.

It's a lovely spot ten minutes from town. The rooms are large and spotless. The bed is very comfortable, the fittings and fixtures are top quality and everything works. A five star hotel is not better.
The hosts are a delight, friendly and helpful. One of us was injured while sightseeing. Ann and Kelvin went out of their way to help, even acquiring aids from friends.
I cannot recommend this place too highly.

We really enjoyed our time here. It was comfortable and very well equipped. The shower was especially good and Ann was very helpful.

Ann’s place is a beautiful home only a short drive to the centre of Orange. Very welcoming family and a beautifully appointed space attached to the house. The home is on a working orchard surrounded by wineries. We had a wonderful stay.

The advertisement really undersells how beautiful the property is. Great, quiet location outside of town. I would love to visit again to pick cherries at the Orchard next door

Ann and Kelvin have been the most accommodating hosts. Ann was expecting me when I arrived and showed we around the property. Had an entire area for myself, which included lounge, dining table and breakfast set up which included cereals, oats, fresh bread, homemade jam, honey, juice, milk, tea and different spreads. En suite bathroom will hotel style amenities and personal care courtesy packs. Bed was most comfortable! Hangers were provided so I was able to unpack nicely.
My stay highlight was Ann’s lovely approach and willingness to make my stay a unique one. Her attention to every detail in the guest room made me feel like home. She cares deeply for your comfort and peaceful stay. I would love to come back and would recommend to anyone visiting Orange region for a small getaway. Thank you Ann you’ve been nothing but amazing to me :)

The room and ensuite were spotlessly clean. Bed and furnishings very comfortable. The room was very spacious - included bed, couch, 2 lounge chairs, TV, table and chairs and still had plenty of room. Absolutely recommend the room for a stay near Orange.

Charming
A lovely place to stay. Very cosy and Ann is extremely friendly. We actually spent a lot of time there as we just needed some rest. Very spacious and comfy for that; a home away from home. Highly recommend staying here.

Clean and comfortable country stay
We had such a pleasant stay at this little country studio. Ann and her family were so welcoming and made us feel at home. Would recommend to anyone visiting the Orange region. Very clean and very comfortable.

Comfortable and welcoming
Ann was friendly and helpful. Comfortable and spacious accommodation. We only stayed one night on our way back to Sydney from Griffith but would be good for longer - a fairly short drive to Orange but great to be in the country!

I was very pleased I stayed at Kelanvale. The accommodation was just wonderful - lots of space, very comfortable bed, amazing shower, great bath towels, lovely breakfast, and delightful hosts. It was a touch of country hospitality, but with all the mod-cons you could need. My only disappointment was that I was not able to spend more time there. Due to a busy program of events that I was in Orange for, I only had the time at the accommodation to sleep and eat breakfast, but I would have loved to have been able to spend some time relaxing there and chatting with the hosts. I would definitely stay at Kelanvale again and will highly recommend it to family and friends.If you are considering booking to stay here - do not hesitate - book it NOW!

You couldn't ask for more

Excellent Stay
Ann and Kelvin’s place was a delight. It was very comfortable, well appointed, great bed, bread, cereal, tea, coffee, jams etc for breakfast, extremely clean and quiet. The hosts were very pleasant and helpful. The location is also a nice change from staying in town but being easily accessible. I would highly recommend it

An enjoyable stay
This was a lovely property for our overnight stay. Ann was friendly and welcoming and offered the use of her kitchen if we wanted it. A very peaceful place in the country.

Very comfortable accommodation and a beautiful quiet spot. We slept soundly and enjoyed breakfast outside in the sun. We felt thoroughly looked after.

Ann's welcome was so warm and friendly and her accommodation was relaxing, comfortable and peaceful with a continental breakfast provided
of cereals, fruit, toast plus local marmalades and jams. We could easily

Really enjoyed our stay at Ann's
Ann's studio offers a nice balance of privacy and interaction with the host. It is well located on quiet acreage just 15 minutes from the centre of Orange, comfortable, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Ann and Kelvin are the benchmark in Homestay in my opinion!
Ann and Kelvin are Geniune people. They extend themselves in geniune care for you as a visitor and person to their lovely home. I truly felt at home and have made new friends. I will be back! They went over and above what I expected as great hosts. As I said before, they are and should be the benchmark for standard in homestay. What a credit to this industry!!
