Close to everything and very clean. Metro is right outside, with lots of shops and cafes nearby, and easy to have taxis find you should you need a pickup.

Honestly, the area can come off a bit sketchy at first. Also, getting in is quite the trek in and of itself. The property is also a great example of good picture-taking as it's nice, but rather small for the most part. It does the job, though, and I'd stay again should the need arise.

The flats are conveniently located in front of the train station and only 5 minutes' walk to the old town "Spacca Napoli". Also, Ferry ports to Capri, Ischia and Procida are also within walking distance.

The washing machine was convenient, but it would have been even more convenient if there was a dryer.

Good room size, comfy beds, clean and secure. Own kitchen and dining area. Selection of bread and cookies for breakfast. Nice coffee. Central location and lots of restaurants and shops in the area.

Lift or elevator could be modernized as it fits only two person.

Very serviceminded host who proactively contacted us 24hours prior arrival, arrange key to apartment handover very flexibly and gave tips for restaurants and more. Even if very central location it was quite with well working air condition.

Could been somewhat better equipped with plates in the kitchen, and the freezer had not been fully cleaned (the fridge was cleaned though like the rest of the apartment also).

A little far from waterfront however not difficult to walk there and train station makes it easy. Breakfast is a bunch of snacks and juice and milk which is appreciated.

Great location, safe condominium. The flat is very comfortable and full of everything you need for stay - well- equipped; The host helped us with parking - booked it for us in advance . As well, in the day we stayed , there was a problem with internet in the whole district but guys arranged for us mobile wi-fi - appreciate very much your customer orientation . Next time we are in the city - we stay here for sure.

Very good location, ~20 minute walk from Napoli Centrale station. Also a close walk to the ports

No fresh air and insufficient daylight due to limited number of window openings that sit very “low” due to the old building architecture 4. Many stairs to climb, steps and barriers to pass and doors to unlock to enter into the apartment.

The apartment was clean, spacious, good beds and very good location. If we decide to go back to Napoli we will definitely stay there again.

The location was great and the best to explore the city. The metro station of DUOMO is just at the gate of the building and only 3 stations from Via Toledo. Da Michelle Pizzeria is just 300 m from the building. Our appartment was comfortable with 2 bathrooms and they gave us good italian breakfast for the whole stay. Dania and Shani were very helpful and active on contact to support if needed. My kids enjoyed their room and the balcony was cosy.

The appartement is very well situated in a beautiful and secure building. The host was helpful and made sure everything was going well during our stay.

The place is located in a historical building with a doorman during the day, a big "hallway" (as you would find in a "pallazo" from that time). And the ground level there was a coffee shop, and literally 10 meters outside there is the DUOMO metro station. Also liked the fact that it featured two bathrooms (for each of the bedrooms). Shani, the host (or part of the staff) was helpfull and did try to meet our demands (eg: on the day of departure she provided a place to store our luggage after checkout, until out flight)

At the time I am writing this review (and also when I booked this), the rating of the place was 9.3 and the breakfast was rated "fabulous". In all fairness this is not the case and I will try to explain. Breakfast: consisted of prepacked biscuits, soft and flat bread with nutella and jam spreads, also received 4 jogurts, 1 bottle of milk and one bottle of water (this was for 5 people and a 4 nights stay). Overall: the place had cleanliness issues as: the bathrooms had mold as well as some other places in the apartment, some other areas obviously require maintenance: one room window was stuck, one part of the curtains did not work, one bedroom were chilly compared to the other and did not feature heating (had one AC unit but the remote was missing). The apartment public space (kitchen/living area/hallway) does not have any windows to the outside, only the bedroom have windows. One other "down" was the fact that you could hear everything from the apartment next door (walking, flushing, stepping, chair dragging, everything). All in all, as mentioned (and also having traveled pretty much in Italy- Milano, Bari, Rome, Venezia, thus having a "base-line" ) I cannot believe this has accrued such a high rating on booking.

We liked the size and the location of the flat. With just a little touch there would be no complaints.

it was no balcony as advertised and it was pretty dirty. I looks like some maintenance is needed (the toilets are loose, shower heads replacement, some mold in the shower, unconfortable mattresses with some bed slats missing…). The breakfast is not really a breakfast but it’s OK to help yourself to start a day.

The apartment is located 5 mins away from the historic center, but you'd be glad that it's not right in there as it's in a safe location with parking two blocks down the street. So getting in and out was easy and at night it was very quiet. It's 15 mins away by foot from the train station as well. The location was pretty safe but central at the same time. The apartment itself is renovated so it's all new inside with great bathrooms and double paned windows. Heating was not a problem at all and cooling won't be either as each room and the living room has an AC unit. The hosts also left a lot of yogurt, fruit juices, cheese, etc. for breakfast, which was handy for days where we wanted to leave early for a trip. The hosts were great as well. They helped us reserve parking and also helped us with the check-in. You might find the elevators to be a bit small, and getting in late at night means opening a few metal doors (and yes, it's pretty hard to sneak in to this place), but hey, this is a very old building. Overall, if we come to Napoli again, we'd definitely stay here.
