geat location, few steps from all major attractions of the city

the picture and description do not match the reality; it is NOT a 2 bedroom appartment, despite the description sais that; there is a curtain deviding the so indicated 2 bed rooms, but it is 40 cm short and seethrough; we were 2 couple of friends and we had to book another place once there;

At first she seemed to be a nice and warm hostess, an animal lover, but as soon as we arrived at the apartment she changed her word and asked us for a deposit for the animals (which she told us were free) which we had not agreed on. Her attitude did not seem correct to us, and the truth is that we felt very harassed by her repeated calls and very insistent messages from her. The rest of the days we didn't know if she could show up with any other condition. It was not a pleasant stay due to Roberta's attitude.

The situation at the entrance of the city.

The garden view and balcony annouced in the listing are ajoke. The internet was not installed as in the listing. They tried to install during our stay but still a joke... The appartment is very cold and you can't open the curtains or everybody will see you. Based at the entrance of the building, this appartment is surely the former concierge office.
