There was a lot of noise inside the apparemment from the other rooms at 1 am and until 5 am. It was very disturbing and very disrespectful. The owner should have a "keep quiet policy" during certain obvious time-frames from 10 pm to 8 am since it's very easy to hear everything from the other rooms. Too bad that this place is just a room inside an apartment. I thought it was an isolated apartment alone without other guests, but it was nothing like that, unfortunately :( I was not able to sleep at night.

La posizione dell'appartamento è sulla via centrale, piena di negozi. Si può raggiungere la zona dei locali con una passeggiata. Scendendo dall'appartamento si ha tutto a portata di mano. L host è stato gentilissimo ad ogni richiesta, non abbiamo avuto alcun problema nemmeno sulla pulizia. Il prezzo per due notti è stato convenientissimo e sinceramente per ciò che abbiamo pagato non ci è importato che la stanza avesse uno stile non moderno e minimal. C'è tutto ciò che serve ed è tutto in ordine e funzionante. Non viaggiamo per passare il tempo o stare a guardare la camera 😅. Grazie davvero di tutto ed alla prossima! 😍

Non abbiamo avuto alcun tipo di problema con la struttura. Era tutto in ordine e pulito. Nulla da segnalare.

The room and facilities were as described. Good location. Everything was fine.

It's an old building, therefore don't look for 5 stars hotel conditions.

The location was fabulous and the indications to access the studip apartment were spot on on. Preferred to pay more and the host to update the studio. The price was a good price, but for location only.

The apartment entry is not as shown on the booking. The stairs to the studio were not in a good condition, but there was sensor light so it was light when you stepped inside the building. The studio was outdated. Shower didnt existed, but had a shower head on the wall, literally on the corner of a very small bathroom, near the very small sink and toilet, nothing to prevent you be safe if you decided to take a shower (no mat on the floor, but there was a feet towel available), but all was working OK, except the hot water. Or It was not warming up so quickly. I didn't even asked as I was alone there. Kitchen was in a state and have seen better days. In the room, the air-conditioning was very old and I was afraid to turn it on as I was not sure about the filters being cleaned. And the most important thing, although the towels seemed cleaned and new, the bed which for me it was the most important seemed not really cleaned and the pillows especially smelled. Had to bring from the car scarfs and wrap myself in them to try and rest for a bit as I had lots to do earlier in the morning. Maybe this studio had other meaning, but it was not for a solo woman travelling. I was cold all night and the sensor light on the lobby without a switch stayed on for circa 10 mins if you needed to go towards the bathroom or the kitchen.

Брудна стара душова кабіна, шафа не закріплена ( так як ми знімали номер з дитиною, він без проблем міг на себе її опрокинути) . Старий чайник який жахливо воняв пластиком , тому що сам не вимикався , в цілому було не прибрано. Жалюзі не можливо було закрити , щоб спати

Хорошее расположение в центре города. Легко попали в номер по подробной инструкции. Белоснежное белье! Очень удобные кровати. Есть кондиционер. Холодильник общий на три номера. Микроволновая печь, чайник, необходимая посуда.

The apartment was in a very good location close to everything

Old furniture,the bathroom was very small and the shower glass didn't close properly. Refrigerator on the hallway shared with other people.

Good communication with host. Easy and accurate self check in explanation. Was a good location and cheap, but you get what you pay for, very basic.

Smelled very bad with cigarette smoke. Was so Smokey that it was stinging my eyes. We both woke up with sore throats. The pillows stank of smoke, and the bed was very uncomfy. The bed was broken on the left side and there was no duvet covers. The electrics were poorly managed, I was low level electrocuted when changing a plug (see pics of wiring). It seemed honestly like a brothel for one night stands or similar. The worst place I’ve ever stayed.

great location. The caretaker was very quick to help with our requests. The room is funky (in a very good way) and in the center of an excellent neighborhood.
