Die Aussicht war klasse, und die Nähe zu Restaurants und Meer.

Wir haben den Lärm der am Haus vorbeigehenden Strasse (vierspurig) unterschätzt, Schlafen bei geschlossenem Fenster war dank Klimaanlage möglich. Zudem hat der Vermieter uns nicht darüber informiert, dass das Wasser wegen Reparaturarbeiten für 2 Tage, tagsüber, abgestellt würde.

Location was perfect. We could walk to the marina at Loubet and in the other direction to Cap 3000. Apt was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with spectacular views.

Only one complaint. Bedroom was far too small. Bed was against the wall with no room to walk round.

Ms Manhattan was so helpful in getting us settled and we appreciate the help with our checkout! The apartment is located within a 5 minute walk to both the train and bus. It was so easy and inexpensive to get from/to the airport and all of the other towns along the Côte d’Azur. Cros de Cagnes seemed to be less crowded than other beaches and towns making it a great place to stay in the height of summer. One of the highlights of our 11 day trip was walking up to Haut Cagnes sur Mer to walk around the medieval village, visit the castle and have lunch at one of the hilltop restaurants.

The property could use a little facelift. Linens and towels are tired. More forks are needed. The extractor fan in the bathroom and the one over the stove didn’t work.

great view, location & peaceful.

Only downside was no free parking nearby.

Exactly where I wanted near the sea and in the centre of Cros de Cagnes near cafes and restaurants

Road noise on balcony but that was expected 🙂

Fabulous balcony right on the sea. Lovely restaurants/ shops nearby Train station very close too

My husband was too tall for the bed so we had to use the sofa bed! Not too comfy but we got used to it 😁
