Questa casa ranch da 6 posti letto in due camere da letto (1 matrimoniale, 2 doppie) e divano letto (matrimoniale), con soggiorno, cucina abitabile, bagno e veranda 3 stagioni. Sarai a casa non appena arriverai. Goditi il bel cortile in un quartiere tranquillo in una strada senza uscita. Inoltre a pochi passi si trova il centro di Wells Beach con negozi, sale giochi, parco giochi, fermata del tram, ristorante e gelati. Negozio di alimentari, bancomat / banca, cinema, lavanderia automatica a circa 1 miglio.

This is our second visit to this Maine Beach house. It is perfect for our family visit to Maine. We love the cleanliness and proximity of the house. It is a perfect walk to the beach, shops and a close drive to all the great sites Maine has to offer. The hosts are very helpful at assisting and making the process seamless. We would recommend and look forward to our next visit.

Calla was an incredibly accommodating and thoughtful host. The home was spotless and we enjoyed making great use of the deck that overlooks both the ocean and the marsh. Location can't be beat!

Our family had the most wonderful time staying at this home. From the moment we walked in we were amazed, it was so clean and fresh feeling, with easy walking to the beach, shops, and arcade. We would absolutely rent again. Some minor suggestions to consider to add confort. Couch & recliner in the living room are really not confortable. Strength of the bench at table is questionable to support to adults. Having 2 full nightstand is necessary when peuple with Cipaps are renting (room on second floor). We bored the one in the twin bed room. Lastly, we suggest you test your toaster ;) Thank you for a great stay though. Nathalie, Pierre, François and Sylvie

The property was lovely and exactly as advertised! One of the cleanest properties we have ever stayed at. Plenty of room for all of us to enjoy our time together. It was great having such a short walk to the beach, we were able to walk back and forth any time of day or evening. Especially to enjoy the full moon at high tide one beautiful night!!!

Comfortable for all 8 of us… beautiful rental, great location. Sleeping with the windows open you could hear the waves crashing :) very happy with stay and would book there again.

The owner was lovely from the beginning -- easy to communicate with and wonderful restaurant recommendations for our stay. The house looked new and clean plus the guide book she left was thorough and helpful. The property is super close to the beach and other activities. We had a fabulous time!

We absolutely love this beach house and have been /will be staying here yearly. Exceptionally Clean modern home with beautiful views from the serene 2nd story deck. Host is super welcoming and makes sure your stay is going wonderfully. You will not be disappointed, this house is a Gem!

We enjoyed a perfect weekend in Wells at this wonderful property just a few minutes away from the ocean in Wells Harbor. In addition to fabulous beachside proximity, also very close to restaurants and other amenities of route 1. Calla the owner was a great host, and we found the cottage sparkling new & in great working order. Everything about visit was easy and steamless, allowing for maximum time walking the beach. A group of 7 close friends came to celebrate a birthday at this beautiful spot! The house was perfect for us but the location was amazing!! Beach right down the road and having lunch on the deck with a perfect view of the ocean! Calla was lovely and very receptive to any changes we had early & later check in and out!!We would definitely come back and recommend others to this perfect house and its location!!! Six of us stayed at this wonderful house for 3 nights. The house was immaculate and beautiful. I loved the deck and being close to the ocean. Calla was very friendly and very accommodating. We would absolutely recommend staying at this property.

I could not have been happier with this lovely rental. I would rent in again in a heartbeat. Owners and cleaning crew very honest. Returned my 7 years old granddaughter gold hoop earrings. The local arcade and small playground is just walking distance from the house. Beautiful views from a second floor deck.

We loved staying at this beach house in Wells - the house is perfect size and the owners put a lot of love and care into every detail. We've stayed in many rental properties over the years and this house had THE best instructions - everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. We loved the location, a quiet little neighborhood steps from the beach on a side road with little to no traffic (which was important for us with little kids running around). We were also steps away from the little downtown beach area, complete with shops, restaurant, arcade and playground (also a must with kids!). Thank you Calla for welcoming us into your home - we can't wait to come back!

Despite the cloudy weather, we had a wonderful time at Wells Beach. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and the cottage is sparkling clean! Very convenient location, many awesome restaurants around and a grocery store minutes away. 😀

The location was amazing super close proximity to beach and everything was very clean upon checking in. They were able to accommodate an early check in for us for a wedding! A beautiful roof deck as well. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Our stay was wonderful. The house was immaculate and located in a very nice neighborhood just a block from the beach, which allowed us to take beach walks at dawn and dusk as well as in the sunshine. There is a fantastic deck from which we could see the ocean in one direction and the bay in the other. The kitchen was well equipped and worked well for our family of six.

This house was perfect for what our family needed for our vacation. The properly was spotless and everything looked brand new/recently updated. The bedrooms were perfect sized for our family (ages 60+ to 2 years old). We rented a crib for our youngest and it fit perfectly into the bedroom with the two twin beds. The deck on the second floor was perfect for enjoying outdoor breakfast and evening sunsets. The location is a quick walk to the beach and to the shops/food on Mile Rd. We'd definitely stay here again in the future and would recommend to anyone looking for a familyl get away!
