The location was great

I think the jacuzzy is not necessary in the appartment. It makes the air very damp. The metal is rusting.

the location was ok

the kitchen was unusable- barley anything to cook with, the dishwasher was broken, no towels or paper towels to clean with. even the cutting board was broken. the cleaner/owner left clothes/sheets on the drying rack and in the washing machine so we couldn’t use machine, and it felt like being in someone’s house where they were doing a favor letting us stay and somewhere I payed good money for. there was no instructions left to how to get in, and the owners didn’t answer my messages. we found someone in the building to call her because she e couldn’t place the call. no instructions on the WiFi as well.

Nice area near the Marina, with a lot of restaurants

the location was beautiful at the Marina, but very loud at night. However the biggest problem I have with this property is this little game they are playing; they charge you daily cleaning fee, then make you pay fully upfront. when you arrive you realize that there is no daily cleaning done, the advertised appliances are not working... when you try to get refunded for the cleaning fees since you were the one who cleaned the apartment you get refused claiming that you broke the appliances that you never used during your stay. In the attached pictures you will see the cleanliness of the apartment 2 days after my arrival. is there a cleaning service cleaning every day?

Spacious and bright apartment, with a great view of the marina. Excellent location with lots of restaurants nearby. Lively area. Fast internet.

Parts of the apartment were not cleaned upon arrival, and there were many ants roaming around in the kitchen. The area surrounding the apartment is noisy until very late at night.

Very comfy and stylish appt in pretty luxury district. Safe free parking, several nice restaurants nearby (would recommend pizza bar around the corner, really delicious!) The appt has everything you need - dishes, washing machine, coffee machine, etc. The host is very friendly and welcoming, pleasure to communicate with.
