Beautiful Fraser CO, Close To Winter Park, 2 Bed Condo
Bellissimo condominio con 2 letto a pochi passi dal centro di Fraser. Hai il frusciante fiume Fraser nel cortile sul retro. La navetta gratuita per la città dell'ascensore è a pochi passi e in pochi minuti dal comprensorio sciistico Winter Park. Letto matrimoniale nella camera matrimoniale e nuovissimi letti a castello matrimoniali nella seconda camera. Schermo piatto da 55 pollici, smart tv (con Netflix, Hulu e molte altre app), altoparlante bluetooth e camino a gas su un termostato pronto per l'uso. Cucina completa con tutti i comfort e lavatrice / asciugatrice per la vostra convenienza. Splendida vista sul grande patio posteriore privato. Animali ammessi con piccola tassa. La nuova distilleria e ristorante Fraser Still e il Crooked Creek Saloon e Eatery sono a soli 5 minuti a piedi. The condo had been updated nicely. Everything worked great. The fireplace was loud, but it was summer. Bedrooms were very nice and clean as was the whole place. The owner was very kind and patient with us. There was a great Fraser creek trail that ran along creek so that you could easily walk into town. Only one disappointment, we could hear the creek and walk it, but unable to see it from the great deck in back. It was so relaxing to sit on deck when raining. We loved it! But would have loved seeing creek

The condo was clean and convenient to Devil Thumb’s Ranch where we like to ski. It is an older property and shows its age. The bedding was soft as were the towels. The biggest downside is the noise overhead. If you are a light sleeper that could be a problem.

This condo and Mike’s hospitality made our ski trip to Winter Park special! The condo was even cozier and more spacious than we could’ve hoped, with comfortable beds and fluffy towels, a toasty fireplace, convenient in-unit washer/dryer, and a well-stocked kitchen and pantry (the provided coffee and tea were particularly appreciated for our early ski mornings)! Everything was perfectly arranged for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The location offers the best of both worlds as it provides the feel of a quiet retreat (back patio overlooks a river) but the free shuttle to Winter Park village/resort picks you up right at the entrance to the condo development, so we never had to lug our ski gear too far. The condo is also within a 10 minute walk to a number of great restaurants (Fraser Valley Distilling, Sharky’s) and breweries (Camber, Fraser River). Additionally, this specific condo unit is just a few quick steps away from the indoor hot tubs and sauna, which was much appreciated given the foot of snow and cold temps we endured the weekend of our stay!
What truly made the experience exceptional though, was Mike’s amazing hospitality - he was extremely responsive and flexible throughout the stay, offering to provide recommendations and even letting us know prior to our departure about some of the road closures he had heard about.
If this place is available, book it immediately!! You won't regret it.

The condo has 2 good sized bedrooms, a living room and small kitchen. Very comfortable for a family of four.
There's a clubhouse about 50 yards from the front door with two hot tubs.
The shuttle to WinterPark picks up about a 5 minute walk from front door.
It's a short drive to many restaurants and a Safeway.

Mikes place was perfect! The location can’t be beat and the space is kept well and has everything needed for a relaxing weekend or a ski weekend. Would certainly recommend and hopefully stay again.

Fab place, convenient location
We had an excellent trip to Winter Park, thanks in large part to having a great place to stay. Condo location is great (we had a car, but The Lift bus stop is right across the street).

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. We rent from VRBO regularly and this was one of the best stocked condos we've ever been too. It had everything we could have needed and more. From the free coffee and spices in the kitchen to Netflix, Hulu, cable TV, etc. and all the paper supplies.
The condo was spacious enough for our family of four - two sons ages 16 and 20. The beds were very comfortable. The condo is very close to the Lyft - a shuttle that takes you to the ski slopes in Winter Park. We chose to drive there which was about 10 min drive. Mike was a great host, replying promptly to our emails. We highly recommend staying in this place.

As a bonus, they had a whole cabinet with spices, etc that we could use! We loved the location and if we come back to the Winter Park area, we will look to stay in this condo again!

Relaxed stay in Fraser
Loved coffee on the deck in the morning and wine in the evening with the views and all the humming birds!! Comfortable accommodations, close to golfing and bus stop to the mountain.

Short CO vacation
We enjoyed our stay in Colorado. The condo was furnished as advertised and was in a great location for a home base for our trip. My only complaints would be that the dryer doesn’t work very well - it took 3 cycles to dry one load and the condo, itself was quite warm. There were fans for our use but just did not cool enough to our preference- maybe ceiling fans would help in the bedrooms. Overall a very nice place for a small family gathering.

Wonderful condo in great location.
This condo is located in Fraser, a quite little town with lots of nature close by. Mike the owner was great to work with. When we had concerns he responded immediately. The condo was cozy and comfy. It had everything we needed. Hot tubs were wonderful after a busy day of activities. Great food and drinks within walking distance. The central location is ideal, we went to Georgetown to ride steam locomotive train, Winter Park for Gondola rides, Grand lake and Granby Lake for water and boating sports. Rocky Mtn Nat'l Park was near too. We even found ziplining about 15 minutes away. We will definitely return with the rest of our family next time.

Perfect for our family and fur baby
Great place. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed especially a toaster. We loved the fireplace and there was plenty of heat in all the rooms. We appreciate the large bed sizes. The King was a little soft and bouncy for my husband and we did have to switch sides due to it being too close to a wall but I didn't mind it. My kids enjoyed the spacious queen bunk beds and hung out in the soft blankets/throws. Plenty of hot water and a good shower head and they even provided 2 robes. Parking is just out front. Our dog enjoyed playing in all the snow. Wonderful trail just around the corner and in our case around and over the humongous snow pile which our kids enjoyed climbing. The proximity to the spa/saunas was good since we ran across the street on our last night to enjoy them when it was like 12 degrees outside. We had no problem finding the place and could get dressed in our winter gear ahead of time since it was very close to tubing and other attractions, less than 10 minutes. Some very good eating places close by as well. We will be returning in the future.

Cozy and great location!
Our group of 6 loved our stay here, and we loved that it was dog friendly. It was very clean (you would have no idea it was dog friendly) and had fully stocked dishes, towels, linens, etc. There was even shampoo and conditioner in the shower, and some individual makeup wipes, which was a nice little touch.
The view outside the good sized balcony is great and is near the nature trail. The condo is across from the community sauna/hot tub which is super close.
Everything was so convenient, the wifi information and access info to the community sauna/hot tub is readily available. The TV worked well with the Roku and was already connected to streaming accounts. The free shuttle has a stop right outside the condo community, which is a short walk from the condo.
We loved the fireplace! If the fireplace blower was on, it was a little loud but we turned that off and just had the fireplace going and it was perfect.
There was plenty to do right in Fraser, we did the tubing hill, a local bar, a pizza place, and it's even close to Devils Thumb Ranch, which is fun for a drink or dinner. There was no need to go into Winter Park. Everywhere we went was super fun and a great experience. If we come back to the Winter Park/Fraser area, we will definitely choose this place again. Thanks to the Braga family!
