The flat was very nice and had everything that we needed - including small kitchenette, air conditioning, strong Wifi and a cosy balcony. There is a supermarket nearby and numerous cafes and restaurants. You can walk to the city center in 10-15 minutes. Our host Giovanni was very welcoming, very easy to communicate with.

The apartment is in a quiet complex on the third floor and a short walk (10/15 mins) both to the train station and the historic centre, which is what we wanted. There are two supermarkets close by. There’s also an incredible food market 2 minutes walk away where we bought cheese, fresh pasta, fresh fish, and salami, as well as fruit and vegetables. This was perfect for us as we wanted to make our own breakfasts and lunches using fresh local produce. The apartment is clean, peaceful, and had everything we needed for our 3-day stay. Our host was friendly and helpful and we’d definitely stay here again!

The apartment is close to both the train station and the centre of Bologna! Giovanni is a lovely host and answered any questions that we had! The apartment is perfect for two people and a bonus with a washing machine! Highly recommend this place if you are staying in Bologna

well, it was an apartment instead of a hotel room. the room was big and luxurious. There was a laundry washing machine on sight. as well as a kitchen including a full size refrigerator, full gas stove, lots of space and Windows. A nice change from hotel, gave me a chance what it like to live there.

well, like I said not a hotel so you got to arrange to meet a certain person at a certain time, as opposed to the common hotel desk check in. slightly shady location-.not too bad. Not much in the immediate area, you gotta walk a ways to get to the main area of restaurants and so forth.

Good location and easy to reach. Very close to the city centre, and within walking distance from the station. The apartment is compact but has everything you need and a nice balcony too. The host is very friendly and helpful.

Other apartments are rented out too and the halls are quite noisy, so if they are not told to be quiet, it is not so nice.

It was a perfect stay and the only issue we had was that there were insufficient power points around the kitchen workspace which meant the appliance usage had to be juggled a bit.Not a major issue Giovanni offered bag storage and a drive to the airport as well.Almost a package holiday service.

A fantastically located apartment - more like a studio really with one large room, shower room and small balcony. Absolutely fine for two people. Very clean and neatly presented, with a comfortable bed and good shower. The washing machine was very useful after a couple of weeks backpacking! The owner was quick to respond to a couple of messages we sent, and was very flexible with our check-in time. Bologna is a beautiful city, and it’s very easy to walk to the historical old town from the apartment.

The apartment was at the back of a rather dimly lit building, and the corridors/stairwells felt a bit dark and lonely. The area seemed perfectly safe though, and quite lively at night.

Everything was great, Giovanni was very nice, the place is quiet, well kept and clean. The A/C helped us in the hot stuffy weather.

I liked the friendly welcome, the great air conditioning, the cheerful decor, the clean, well organized space, the great shower, the comfortable bed, and the great location in the old part of Bologna. The owner was exceptionally good with communications. Whenever I asked a question I got an immediate answer. I highly recommend this studio apartment and would be delighted to stay here again. Bologna is a beautiful and interesting city.

I couldn't find dishwashing liquid or a sponge to clean the kitchen counter. Maybe they were there and I simply didn't recognize them because of the unfamiliar brands

The location is central- just 5 minute walk from the main city attractions. The apartment is looking to the inner yard is very quiet. The terrace is big and one can drink his morning coffee and has his breakfast or drink his beer. The owner is very communicative and speaks perfect English. The neighborhood is safe and we walked every evening to the near bars to have some drinks. The weather was very hot in Bologna this July but the air condition was very strong and quiet at the same time and the temperature in the apartment was perfect.
