This is the second time we have stayed at this property with our family and it is a perfect location. When all the kids go to bed, all the adults are able to continue to enjoy the great view of Mill Pond from the backyard. We recommend this house over and over again.

The Chatham home was great for being outside, enjoying the waterfront views and walking to Main Street. Great cornhole boards, outdoor Jenga, and fishing poles provided outdoor fun. The patio umbrellas were also appreciated. The Chatham lighthouse and pier fish market were so close. Bike rental shop was right down the lane. The kitchen had everything to serve breakfast, lunch and dinner easily. Highly recommend this home for the quintessential Cape Cod experience. Linda was also very helpful with information before arriving and during our stay.

We thoroughly enjoined our stay at the 4 Homestead house. Beautiful weather and a lovely back patio from which to enjoy it. A very short walk into charming Chatham.
One slight negative—upstairs bedrooms, other than master, did not have comfortable mattresses. 80 year old and 3 young adults complained. Lots of walking and outside time helped!

It was perfect for our family. Beautiful view, close to town, plenty of room, lots of toys and TVs for kiddies. Great back patio with outdoor toys as well. Would definitely like to come back some day.

Absolutely great property for a get together. Plenty of space and the views are amazing. Walk to downtown Chatham and enjoy everything it offers. Perfect for families, friends even just a weekend getaway. Owners were wonderful and accommodating. Truly a special place.

Our 3rd year here, we love this house and Keith and Linda are the best hosts! The location, the views but better yet the house has all you need to feel like you are at home.

The location was perfect; you could walk to everything.
And the house had the most beautiful view! The kitchen is very well appointed and the sitting rooms were so cozy. We used every room in the house, as well as the 2 areas out on the patio. A really wonderful trip to a great house, a charming town and wonderful friends. Linda and Keith were very responsive and totally delightful!

From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was perfect. The VRBO is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The workspace is separate and closed off which is exactly what our son needed.The kitchen had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time even though the weather did not fully cooperate! The owners Linda and Keith were responsive to any questions. There is also a three ring binder with all the information one needs. In my opinion this VRBO gets a 10 out of 10.

The stay at the property could not have been more perfect. The view, the walkability to town, the ability for everyone to be together, yet have their own private space for their families. We were sorry our time had here had to end.

The house was exactly as described and could not have been nicer. The view is spectacular and we could’ve sat on that back deck forever. Linda was an amazing host and available with a quick response for any question that I had and was extremely accommodating. She makes sure you feel very comfortable. Amazing location a block from town. Certainly would love to come back and visit again!

We had a great stay at this property. We were two families (each with two adults and two preschool/elementary aged) kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. The large tables in both the dining room and outdoor patio were appreciated. The backyard and view are to die for--everyone spent plenty of time outside. The location was fantastic--we were able to walk into town for breakfast, shopping, the band concert, ice cream, etc. The house is well stocked and the grill was clean. The AC could be a bit more powerful especially in the bunk room with the crib for overnight but was fine otherwise.

This home exceeded my expectations. It is in a perfect location- walkable to all shops, restaurants and the beach. Bike Rentals were at the end of the street and we were able to explore the seashore and went on several bike trails. The Monomoy Island Seal Cruise and the Hyannis Whale Watching Cruise were each around 30 minutes away.
The back patio was amazing, with beautiful views and a walk down to the water. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. It was so nice to have yard games and everything we could have needed to get down to the beach.
We definitely plan to return and this as a home base to explore other parts of the Cape. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time in Chatham. Multi-generational family with grown children plus grandchildren. The home served us well. Spacious kitchen; living room and family room so we could spread out. Linda was so kind and had a Christmas tree and other holiday decorations waiting for us. She was very responsive to any need we had. Location was perfect for walking to town and the First Night festivities. Would definitely stay here again (Perhaps next time in the summer to enjoy the water).

We loved our stay at Keith and Linda's! Their house was perfect and in the best location -- walkable to everything that Chatham has to offer! As an added bonus - they were great hosts and very easy to communicate with!

My friends and I came up to the Cape to celebrate our milestone birthdays. Hurricane Ian made its presence known during our time there but the house and its location really saved the day. Linda has an impeccable home and it met the needs of our group no matter the weather (and especially because of the weather). Each room was comfortable, well-kept and squeaky clean. And almost every room had a view of the water which really made up for the lousy weather. The kitchen and dining areas were spacious and well-equipped which really helped us as we were stuck inside for most of our meals. The location is literally just a block from Main Street as well as a 10 minute walk or so to Lighthouse Beach which just added to the perfection of this house. In addition, Linda was so flexible with our arrival and departure dates/times that it made our time together so stress-free, even with Hurricane Ian's influence. Linda's home has a full-house generator so we were never at risk to lose power even though the storm was causing some quick outages. Thank you Linda for your kindness and patience during this time!

The house was better than advertised. Location was one block off Main Street and quiet, gorgeous view of water, kitchen was stocked with everything, and very spacious for large families. This property is perfect for families who enjoy the convenience of being downtown. The kitchen is well-equipped and there were plenty of beach supplies for our trips to Oyster Pond. The view is breathtaking! Linda and Keith were very responsive and gracious.

Beautiful property with everything you could need and then some. Very peaceful and private but a stones throw from town. Linda was extremely prompt in responding to any questions. We were only sorry we didn’t do two weeks- very hard to leave!

Perfect location to walk to all of downtown Chatham! Backyard view can not be beat too! Small family reunion with 6 adults and 2 children--everyone loved the place. We walked to the beach a few times too, and really enjoyed it. Definitely reccommend.

Our family of 9 had an amazing stay at the house. The house was everything and more from the pictures and listing. Views were amazing and the kids could walk to town or the beach in minutes. The owners were so helpful sending information about the property and things to do and recommendations of restaurants. We would definitely rent this property again.
