Die schöne Lage, das fröhliche sehr freundliche Personal, das sehr gute Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick ins Land und schmackhaften Kaffee, die Ruhe

Die ruhige und doch sehr günstige Lage zur Therme fanden wir klasse. Die abgestellten waren sehr nett und der Service perfekt. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.

Bardzo obfity & smaczny bufet śniadaniowy. W cenę wliczone były kawa i herbata w ilościach wg zapotrzebowania podróżujących. Niezwykle piękne położenie hotelu, bardzo ładny widok z tarasu przy restauracji, naprawdę spokojna lokalizacja. Miły & pomocny personel.

Die Lage ist hervorragend - toller Ausblick auf Schloss Banz.

Das Frühstück war reichlich und sehr gut.
Das Zimmer war abgewohnt, der Teppich fleckig. Es war nur 1 Stuhl im Zimmer. Ein zweiter hätte ja auch keinen Platz gehabt. Der Duschraum war sehr eng. Die Duschwanne war in den Ecken schimmlig. Das Zimmer entsprach nicht dem auf booking vorgestellten Zimmer.

Die Lage des Hotels, das leckere Frühstück, die Zimmer und vor allem das sehr freundliche Personal haben uns sehr gut gefallen.
Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat einen tollen Kinderspielplatz, Trampolin und eine ruhige Lage.
Man kann trotzdem zu Fuß nach Bad Staffelstein spazieren, es gibt einen Rad/Fußweg in die ca. 3 km entfernte Innenstadt.
Der WLAN Empfang war sehr schlecht.

Das Haus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und das Bad war sehr eng und dringend überholungsbedürftig

Good location near the spa at Bad Staffelstein and with great views of Banz Abbey.
Newly renovated and well appointed rooms and public areas.
Parking and breakfast fine.
Still under renovation so no restaurant, which we only informed of after we had booked. This is tricky in this part of the world because there are not a lot of dinner alternatives.
No fridge or tea/coffee in the room.

we were able to book fast, the breakfast was ok and there was free coffee and tea all day from a machine. lovely secluded area - no noise
the room was super hot. we could not get any air into the room. also the curtains did nothing, so it was super bright inside the room which makes it extremely difficult to get a baby to sleep. also the sofa bed was horrible and I would only let my dog sleep there, not my child. also the restaurant is not open for the evenings so you have to drive to eat, however plenty of options within 10 min by car

The room was facing south and a bit warm but super clean and spacy. Nice little terrace outside. The breakfast was delicious.

We were visiting the spa and this was a convenient location our of town.
The room was reasonably clean, the sower rail was broken but we still.managed to shower and the water was hot.
I would recommend the hotel for short visits, I would not recommend for children as the play area is a little tired and includes an abandoned broken boat that could be dangerous.
The breakfast was good, the staff were friendly and the views great.
Overall it was satisfactory.
