Food was great, decent choice and always available. Pools - plentiful including a heated one which the kids loved. Water park also got a lot of love from the kids!
Lifeguards are very inconsistent with regards to inflatables & balls in the pool. There is no blanket rule for either being allowed, or not - but depending on the lifeguard and their intepretation of the size, you are told you can't use said items. The rules need to be black and white otherwise it feels unfair.

Really liked this hotel. Facilities for families were excellent. Food was good and varied each night. We were disappointed that we didn't get to eat in either the Italian or Asian, which was included, during our stay. We tried to book through the computer booking system but the only available time was 9.30pm. When we approached the restaurant we were advised to book the 9.30 slot and come whenever suited. However when we went to book again all slots, for the rest of our stay were booked up. We should have been informed about this by reception when we checked in. Location is a little isolated in that there isn't anything around within walking distance but it's €3.50 in a taxi to meloneras where there is a nice coastal walk, beach and loads of restaurants. Would definitely stay here again and have recommended it to friends already.
Location could be better but the hotel has everything you could possibly need and cheap taxi to the beach / restaurants so it wouldn't put me off.

Great range of pools, wonderful kids club (the hotel one we didn't do Tui one) entertainment and beautiful hotel in general.
Our only slight issue was that vegetarian food was not very clearly labelled and there was a lack of meat/ fish alternatives such as beans, lentils and soy products. Lots of vegetable options though.

Beautiful grounds, spotlessly clean. Excellent facilities - everything you could possibly need in a sun/swim family hotel.
Pillows a little uncomfortable and restaurants could be busy at peak times but nothing you wouldn’t encounter in similar hotels. overall, excellent.

Perfect stay from start to finish. Beautiful decor and spotlessly clean. Food is delicious and lots on offer. Pool areas make it feel like you are in the Caribbean.

Tasting eating for lunch and dinner. Food presentation is interesting. Food ingredients( especially seafood) is fresh. Relaxing resort. friendly staffs. Hotel let me check in early. Many choice of drinks.
1. All in inclusive is not real all inclusive. Some certain drinks, restaurants, WIFI charge extra.
2. WIFI is terrible. Guests always need to log in every 3 hours and always cant connect or connect without internet. When guests want to stable WIFI then need to pay extra. That is not really pleasant experience.
3. Room size is small, only about 20 square meters, not like the mention in booking.com 30 square meters.
4.Drinking-red wine is very cold and quality not good. That is not real red wine.
5. Resort is full guests and kids. Very few space between sunbed. Most time i stay in Adult area is more quiet.
6. Sometime seafood over cooked , too dry or not cook through. shrimp is not fresh.

The buffet suited the kids perfectly. It is such a family friendly place. The kids lived it. As for the adults, I thought the food was a bit bland, but loved the abundance and variety. Need more quality coffee though. The kids club was a Godsend. And the mini disco was a hit with the kids.

Very good food, plenty of choice. Great splash area/waterpark for kids. Relaxing area & bar just for adults - great! Easy parking and good location. Evening shows were entertaining. Staff helpful. Would definetely book again.
Not a decent coffee in sight - sorry, but for a coffee lover these machine just don't cut it. I would have happily paid for a 'proper' coffee made by a barista. Everything else was excellent.

Very good breakfast. Lots of choice for everyone. The same for lunch and dinner. Big rooms. Friendly staff.
Food gets cold very fast so you have to wait while they replenish food to get it warm. The water of the big pool was very cold. Cocktails were not very good.

Around shower & in bath was dirty,
Put dirty towels on the floor to get fresh & noticed they were the same towels hung back up,
Same food in main restaurant every day,
All food very bland
