It wasn't always easy to get a good overview on information... During my stay I tried to look for opening times of swimmingpool and restaurant, but the link to the website went to an overall website of the organisation and did not give localised information. It also might be good to give some information on local activities.. As long as you leave out the "biggest waterfall of the netherlands" ... Which is really a bit of monty-python-joke (like "the funniest joke in germany")

You have to rent the remote for the air condition for extra 10 Eur per day.

exceptionally clean. tastefully decorated very comfortable. everything you could need there plus welcome pack!

we were quite close to a road so there was day time road noise but at night it was very quiet.

Heated pool, forest nearby, dog playground, comfortable beds, very clean

TV is not smart, you can't watch Netflix on it. You have to pay 10 euros for one day of air conditioner, that's a lot. No fence for dog in the unit we stayed.

The house was very modern and clean. You have everything needed for your stay. The location is very quiet and it is possible to have a good rest in the place/

I think the property was slightly more expensive than what I would have wanted. But I also booked last minute so...

Beautiful location, spacious chalet and everything what you need around.Beekbergen is a small village about 2mins driving from the TopParken,where's a great supermarket and a few restaurants.Easy way to Amsterdam,Rotterdam etc.

Just a small touches like wallpaper coming off the wall and at least secure side of the bunk bed which was an extremely uncomfortable and dangerous for children.

The Cafe area was good and the park especially the Zip wire

Firstly they overcharged us then what we had agreed on booking.com secondly thier pool wasn't for use as it was covered. Plus our rooms were changed without us knowing before As we opened the door we had a big hoover kept to welcome us. Also the next day we get a call saying their dishwasher in the room is not working and they would want to get it changed. We came for a holiday and it wasn't pleasant to have contractors taking the old dish washer and putting the new one in..this should have been done earlier to our stay..

Not well maintained. Showers are leaking and no pressure. Jacuzzi doesn't seem to heat up after hours of waiting. None of the phone number seem working to contact staff

The park was crowded with houses, felt like no privacy at all. The house itself was tiny, very dirty. There were spiderwebs in the corners, heaps of dust under the beds, and layers of smudge everywhere. When I told the staff she didn’t seem to care at all. The swimming pool was closed, while that was one of the main reasons for booking here. The house provided no water boiler, the bathroom smelled like sewers and the water didn’t go down the drain of the shower so we needed to mop the floor after every shower.

Pillows were smelly, and definitely needed wash. Changing just bed linens does nothelp.

Mostly new hute, well maintained, clean, equipped perfectly, especially a kitchen. There are a laundry service (for extra pay), heated pool, and bike rental on site.

Hutes are, actually, a mobile homes, so they are tiny small. As for 6 persons, it felt pretty crowded. Not all the hutes have a whirlpool, which is not clear enough during property watching and booking. The streets are very narrow and parking slots are small - we were with van and it was extremely inconvenient. Unfortunately, a pool is small and not suitable for lap swimming. The place is somewhat greedy in small details and this behavior leaves bad “taste”. It’s not a cheap place, but all the consumables, such are dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, dishes’ soap, etc. are not included and not supplied by the host (only a welcome kit which includes one dishwasher detergent and one set of shower stuff - for 6 tenants it looks much more like a bad joke) - it is not described in property description, even not in the “small letters” disclaimer. Even we have paid for linen and towels, we got only two sets of towels for 6 people.
