Had a great weekend trip with family of 5 and 2 small dogs. Views were amazing steps from the beach and close to stores/restaurants. This house (in my opinion) is biggest bang for the buck in this area. My 15 year old daughter left her wallet in the kids room and the property manager (Lisa) found it and mailed it to us within a couple of days! I would highly recommend this house and would stay again!

We decided to escape the very cold January temperatures of Kansas and come down to the only beaches you can drive to in 1 day, the Texas coast! I had never been to this area before and it was just as I thought it would be. We picked the Jamaica Beach part of Galveston because it looked quiet and less populated which it was. The house was very clean on the inside, super cozy and warm. It had everything we needed for our short 3 day stay. We enjoyed the excellent gulf views from the top floor deck, listening the nonstop crash of waves on the beach and cool breezes. The beach is about 75 yards from the front door and you feel like it’s waterfront. We walked on the beach each day, it was sunny and 70s and wonderful. There are restaurants and a local market very close by. This was a perfect short vacay or extra long wekeend and can’t wait to come back!

Great location near Galveston stay park just steps away from a public beach. Home was in good shape, clean, and had all the amenities for a long weekend.

It was truly a great place to stay for 4th of July! Loved the fact that it was about a 2 second walk to the beach. The water had bacteria so we decided not to swim there but Schlitterbahn was only 20 minutes away!

It was great except master bedroom bed is horrible.

It’s hard to beat a 2 minute walk to the beach with deck views of the ocean from each level of the house. Lisa was most helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. With a good sized convenient store one block away, we were able to quickly grab any items we forgot to bring. We will definitely be back for more fun in the sun!!

Took inlaws with us this summer. We all had a great time, it was perfect! Love the location and closeness to the beach. Will definitely rent again!

Everything was great as with and house on the beach prepare for stilts and stairs . The rooms were great and tidy. And gathering area and supplies on the ground level under the house were great. Expect the little thing here like a package of masks or a sealed tooth brush Incase you forgot yours and a handful of well thought out snacks . Will definitely be back and the owner was great to deal with. All in all thank you very much !

We stayed at the yellow beach house. It was really great! It was stocked so well with everything we could ever need. I was really impressed with how well the kitchen was equipped. The house was very clean and smelled great. I was very pleasantly surprised as I did not know what to expect. We will come back!

We rented this beach house for my 24th birthday for 2 nights the weekend of april 27th through the 29th. My boyfriend & I got there & spent the night alone that friday night & then our friends came out saturday & we checked out sunday. The beach house we rented was the green one. The view from the patio was so romantic & the wind & water was perfect that weekend because of high tide. The kitchen was great, it had everything we needed, we just had to wash the dishes cause there were a few that were dirty, but we would have done that anyway. The only thing that was off was that I guess the maid or the people before us forgot to take the wet linens out of the washing machine, but that was no big deal, we didn't need them. It's a perfect size house for 7 people to sleep and I thought it was perfect for a romantic getaway for 2. We had a lot of truoble finding a place because it was prom weekend and everyone was really rude over the phone cause they thought we were just going to party & tear up the place, but Lisa & her staff were so sweet over the phone & worked with us & everything. I really thought they were very professional & very nice. It was a breaze working with them. This beach house is perfect for a weekend. It's also very convenient that the beach is just a short walk from the house. Our friends had agreat time & they loved the house. There is a little mom & pop grocery store within walking distance of the beach houses too that stay open pretty late & have everything you'd need to grill or last minute things you forgot like trash bags, pancake syrup, deoderant, shampoo,souvenirs etc... We had a great time. Ihighly reccomend renting from these people at this location. We had sucha great time, were thinking about doing it again this summer. Thank you guys!
