Long winded check in process , very basic rooms , no TV , no duvet cover , front doors locked at 11pm , vending machines cash only ..

Sehr freundlicher Kontakt an der Rezeption, saubere Zimmer. Frühstück jugendherbergsentsprechend, Komfort auch, es war leise. Bestelltes Lunchpaket hat geklappt.

die Lüftung im Bad wollte gar nicht wieder aufhören zu laufen… Seife im Bad wäre schon ganz nett. Man muss wissen, dass es WLAN nur im Eingangsbereich gibt, nicht auf den Zimmern. Sinnvoll für Jugendgruppen, für alleinreisende Erwachsene etwas lästig.

Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstück gut, Lage zentral aber ruhig.

Etwas nüchterne Atmosphäre. Leider gummibeschichtete dünne Matratzen.

Die Lage war für unseren Zweck optimal..

Die Bettwäschregelung ist halt Jugendherberge, nur dafür hinkt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ganz ordentlich.

This hostel is really nice, clean, quiet. Everything was fine.

I liked the overall vibe of the place. The receptionist was super nice and friendly. The check-in process was seamless although my previous Jugendherberge Hostel in Dusseldorf didn't give me the membership card, so i had to pay extra here.

The room was basically a dorm room with two beds. I was expecting a different setup. The location was 3 km from the HBF and there were no eateries around. So a lil disappointed.

Rooms are really clean, and some of the staff were nice, breakfast was good.

I understand German a bit, but i dont really speak it. When i arrived at this hostel the man behind the counter didn't speak/understood English, so at one point he stopped speaking to me. And at every question i had he just lifted his shoulders and said nothing. I felt onwelcome, left one night earlier and i wouldnt return here. Beside that, something that wasnt in the description, if youre not a member, to the jungendherberge, you have to pay €3,50 per night extra. In my opinion this hostel was way to expensive for what i got for it.
