Saleté dans la salle de bain (photo à l’appui si besoin ) fortes odeurs dans le couloir

الموظفين ودودين. يوجد محطة قطار بجانب الفندق (قطار rer وليس مترو ) القطار محطتين للشانز مع العلم أن أعمال صيانة القطار تبدأ في يونيو حتى سبتمبر ووقتها القطار ماراح يعدي الشانز وبيكون بدون فائدة للي ناوي يعتمد عليه في التنقل لباريس. يوجد أسفل الفندق سوبر ماركت ومطاعم .

مبنى متهالك. الشقة ضيقة والحركة فيها صعبة وغير مريحة، الجدار مقشر . عمر الأثاث الافتراضي انتهى : السرير غير مريح ويصدر أصوات تحس إنه بيطيح بأي لحظة. الكنبة السرير لايمكن تحويلها لكنبة وليست مريحة كسرير. المخدات محدودة ومهترءة جداً وغير صالحة للاستخدام. العزل ضعيف نسمع مشي الي ساكنين بالشقة فوقنا ونسمع تسكير الأبواب. الكهرباء ضعيفة جداً ، تحط الجوال يشحن يحتاج ساعات وساعات فضلاً عن أن بعض الأفياش لا تعمل، الشقة شبه مظلمة ليلا فالإضاءة ضعيفة جداً جداً، يوجد تلفزيونين لكن واحد فيهم الريموت مو شغال. الضيافة الماء والشاي فقط لشخص واحد. الإفطار ب١٩ يورو وهو عبارة عن صينية تروح تاخذها من الاستقبال مع العلم أن الاستقبال موجود بمبنى آخر. المواقف بعيدة و مدفوعة وأيضاً موجودة بمبنى الاستقبال يعني مشوار طويل الروحة لعندها .أسوأ شئ في الشقة هي الفطريات السوداء التي تملأ جدارن الحمام وحوض البانيو . التواليت ضيق جدا يصلح فقط لمن وزنهم أقل من ٥٠ كيلو

It was a very convenient location

The staff put us in the wrong room (3 singles beds), we tried calling reception, no answer, had to get ready for the concert and my partner got onto them and they said they will be over to fix it, an hour went by and nothing so we had to go with all of your stuff down to reception up the street to solve the issue, we wait in line for ages until they finally gave us what was meant to be our room (a double bed) Now we are late to this concert I've been waiting 10 years to see and the whole reason we even went on this trip from Australia to do Europe was to be at the very front in the gold standing area which we paid triple to get. I'm not pleased with the staff that put us in the wrong room, especially since our room was available so I don't even understand why they would do that. The bed was uncomfortable, the whole experience was horrible. And they tried to get tax from us twice. Where is the organization, and they knew we were going to the P!nk concert and probably thought that's why they could get away with everything or because we are tourists, either way we are still people and deserve the room we paid for.

rooms are extremely bad equipped, dirty rooms & bad smelling passage AC was not working and parking is extremely difficult to find

Comfy beds, kitchen, and shower. You have basic services for your needs. The staff were also very responsive. The location is good and close to the train station.

The hallways were generally clean but quite a bit outdated.
