- The flat is located quite close to the city centre, you can easily reach the tram stops and possibly also the KIT south campus from where you can take the shuttle to the north campus. - The building is fairly quiet, with locals and other temporary travellers living there. - There is the possibility of using a shared washing machine and dryer. - The room is cleaned once a week.

- The flat is a bit bare and not very cosy. - The furniture, appliances and utensils are a bit old and worn. - The bathtub is not very comfortable.

No break fast

Someone to check on us and ask about our needs, bed having challenges, tv channels, no regular cleaning, internet on and off!

The location was good: next to the tram stop. The room was well decorated: the furniture was stylish and the kitchen machines were useful. I especially love the lamps :)

There were only two tea packets, there can be more... The toiletries include only a small soap and shower gel, they can be more... The flush of the toilet is working sometimes, it should be repaired... There were no spare towels and hair dryer...

It has an excellent city location and parking was not an issue. There was always something close by, but you do have to pay attention to the meter. For me the 2 hr parking locations were good as I was working, but a longer trip where I park long term would be problmatic. The room was clean and had all of the basic services that were advertised. Key pick up on first day was super super easy.

It seemed like there were cables to the electic machines everywhere, this seemed like it needed a better capable plan for how things are, as it did not look good, people traveling with kids would pull their hair out. I did not like the wifi that was offered. This was maybe the worst part of these apartments, the internet was not good enough to check email or facebook (basic service) and so I had to use my sim card for all internet functions here. Which is not good if you have netflix.

Location was perfect. Close to the center en monuments. And the bed was really nice.

Appartment was not clean. I had to clean it myself to make it feel more confortable. There was no desinfection in the appartment. Appartment hallway smelt like there were people smoking. Parking facility was overcrouded we had to park in the parking garage. The staff we met was unfriendly (cleaning staff). Toilet seat was broken.

Location was good, close to the city centre.

It was very inconvenient and an unpleasant surprise to discover that it would be a 20 min walk from the apartment to the location where we could pick up the keys (back and forth 40 minutes). Our host did not made us aware of this beforehand. The apartment was not properly cleaned (especially the kitchen) and uncomfortable (for instance, no electrical outlets for lamps which made them useless, the first day we did not have a wi-fi connection, we had a sloping bed and a very poorly equipped kitchen). Communication was mediocre and, thus, we still do not know whether a technician solved our wi-fi problems or whether we were just lucky to have wi-fi our second day at the apartment. Be aware that the advertisement says ‘private parking available’ but you will have to pay for this.
