Il nostro condominio con 3 camere da letto è un'unità al piano terra di Legacy Villas. Il condominio si trova nella parte anteriore della comunità, dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alla club house Legacy Villas e la piscina principale / area per bambini. Il patio principale con barbecue si affaccia su un cortile posteriore semi-privato con prato in pendenza, che offre molto spazio per rilassarsi e godersi il tempo con la famiglia e gli amici.

We stayed here for the first time and had a great time. The Condo was clean and stocked. The pool was really nice and the food there was amazing. I will be back!

We had a phenomenal time staying at this property. The check in process was seamless. The unit is spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. The grounds are well maintained and our kids had so much fun at the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

I would recommend this property for a stay with family in La Quinta. We usually stay in the villas on the hotel property, but with family and pets, we decided to give Legacy Villas a try. Skip was very communicative and responded promptly to any questions.

This cozy suite was perfect for four generations to celebrate Thanksgiving. Two primary suites and one bedroom with a full bath across the hall worked perfectly for our party of six. Of course, nothing beats the La Quinta location that is close to everything you want or need and Legacy villas has a resort feel. Great walking paths, plenty of pools, and a feeling of safety in a beautiful location. This is our thrid stay @ Legacy Villas. We will be back, too. We enjoyed our stay.

Loved this property overall! The view from the balcony was exceptional!!! The walkup the 3 flights of stairs was a bit breath taking especially after long days out & about. Had all the amenities needed & more!
Minor suggestions would be to replace the inner bowl of the crockpot that was supplied, although the stockpot was excellent as we made several different soups during our winter stay. Also, could use an upgraded showerhead in the master bathroom. The neighbors were respectful & the clubhouse was spectacular! We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay with our family of 4. We were pleasantly surprised how large the condo and the bedrooms were. The location was great, close to old town and La Quinta resort which we walked to. The pools and hot tubs were also very nice and the resort (at least in December) was quiet and relaxing. Furniture could use an update, and a smart tv would be nice additions, but overall, great experience for us and we would love to visit again. Thank you!

Perfect location for a desert getaway. Close to all kinds of gold and spas and super close to the family pool and clubhouse. Check in was easy and the condo has all of the things you will need to have a relaxing vacation. Will absolutely come back!

Overall a great stay. Unit was clean and the check in process was easy. Some amenities could be upgraded such as app ready TVs and Bluetooth speakers. The CD and DVD players are outdated. But overall still a great place.

We stayed for 3 weeks and absolutely love the Legacy Villa resort. The grounds are beautiful and impeccably kept, as well as the pool areas. This unit though needs a major facelift and upgrade in quality of furnishings. The bedding needs replacing, the furniture in general is worn and tired, the carpet is dark and dirty. There were dust cobwebs hanging in wall corners and carpet corners dirty. ... this place needs a deep clean. The cutlery was dollar store. We have stayed at Legacy before and we loved it. We will definitely return, but not to this unit. However, the manager Skip is super great to deal with and resolved an issue quickly.

Family getaway!
This was the first time our family was able to see each other in more than a year! We loved our stay! The location was great, the pools were perfect and we had plenty of space for all of us! Skip was so helpful and accommodating! I would definitely recommend this property! We would love to come back!

The house was exactly as it was said to be....very nice, clean & in a perfect location!!! Skip the house manager was great to work with & I would recommend this house to everyone.

Comfortable condo in a terrific location. The pools at Legacy Villas are great for kids and adults. Mountains provide a very pretty backdrop. Unit could use upgraded TVs, but otherwise very nice.
