The house was clean and had everything we needed, including nice bedding and towels. The kitchen appliances were new and easy to use. The owner was great! Easy to communicate with and very helpful. Great view of the water and so many types of birds to watch while we relaxed on the back deck. Thank you!

Eric is a wonderful host - quick to answer any questions and very accommodating. The house is even better than the photos. The views are gorgeous. We had a family trip with parents, two couples, two young children, and a pup - there was plenty of room and a great layout for all. The main bedroom on the first level is convenient for older parents or anyone with mobility issues - and has a wall of closets, and another wall of windows. The bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs were wonderful to have some separation and privacy. The location is super close to Mashpee Commons (shopping, restaurants, activities, etc) and lots of other shops, plus a Children's museum, and a winery nearby - what more could you ask for? We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again. Thank you, Eric!

This beautiful mid-century modern property was well-appointed, well-furnished, and well-equipped. It had a lovely water view - which we took in from both the walls of windows and the pier - and an easily walkable high-end neighborhood. And it was very close to many shops and restaurants. We came in the winter, so didn't get to take great advantage of what Mashpee and the Cape have to offer; but we just wanted to relax anyway! And our host was great - informative and welcoming; we really felt he was invested in our having a great stay. Would recommend highly.

We stayed for Thanksgiving weekend. The house was great for extended family. We all had our own space. The dining area had a large table where we all could eat comfortably. The location was perfect. The view of the water was something we looked forward to seeing every day. Great place for anyone that is a bird watcher. The owner was very responsive to any question we had. Would definitely stay there again!

We loved this house. It is beautiful and very clean and well stocked . The view of the water was the perfect way to start the day..the location was perfect for our day trips to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket! Lots of room for the 4 of us. The owner was most attentive and quickly answered all of our questions. The best part was my daughter left a sweater behind and he was most accommodating getting it back to her. Highly reccomend this property!

Eric was easy to communicate with before and during our stay and was helpful and eager to make our stay enjoyable. The house had amazing views of a small bay and it was the perfect place to enjoy Mashpee and day trips to various Cape Cod towns as well as Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket!

This large house is located in a lovely neighborhood with a gorgeous view of an inlet. It is very peaceful and has more than enough room for two families. There are four kayaks to use to paddle around the extensive inlet area. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. The living room/dining area has three walls of sliding glass doors, all overlooking the water. Even though the early May weather the first week was cold and foggy, the second week was beautiful- and the views made up for any rain or fog. It is the Perfect place for visits with family and friends!

We had a wonderful week-long stay at Summersea over Easter. The house was perfect for our group with a large living room for hanging out, big dining room table, very well-stocked kitchen, and very comfortable sleeping accommodations for all. We loved the fabulous water views from the living room and being able to watch all of the birds both on the water and on land. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for walks with our dog or for biking around. A variety of restaurants and Mashpee Commons were about a 10 minute drive away. Eric was very responsive to inquiries. We would highly recommend this vacation rental!

The host is great! The home has lots of space and a great set up for bathrooms/bedrooms. Water view is beautiful even in the snow and rain. Located in a neighborhood of nice homes.

Beautiful view from he living room and decks. House was lovely, a little dated in the kitchen but it was functional. I'd stay here again if given the opportunity. Family was really happy. The great owner checked on us during the storm to make sure we had power and everything we needed. Super nice!

Eric's house sits on a gorgeous piece of property with a dock and view of the bay. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside and taking in the views across the bay. We were able to use the kayaks and took a three hour tour of the area. In the evening we sat around the fire pit. The kitchen was well appointed if you choose to cook in. The family room and dining room have glass doors leading out to the wrap around deck with beautiful views of the bay. Eric was very helpful when I had questions and gave us dinner recommendations. We had a wonderful stay and didn't want to leave!

We try to make it up to New England almost every year to see family. This year we decided to stay on The Cape. The house was beautiful and we very much enjoyed out stay. Being right on the water with the dock and the huge decks with all the windows was a major bonus. Host was great in communications and even helped with suggestions on dinner.

Our family vacation in New Seabury with six adults, three kids under three and two dogs turned out great. Everyone loved the home, with plenty of room, beautiful water views, and access to the bay from the dock. We brought our 17-ft. boat and enjoyed many trips on the bay including fishing, sightseeing and access to a nice beach on a spit of land where the bay connects to the ocean. Eric was a great host and we hope to return again in the future.

Large, very comfortable house right on the water. Very well equipped kitchen, laundry, etc. with plenty of space for large families. Great for just relaxing on the deck, playing games (indoors and out,) dining on the patio, kayaking to the spit. Or short drive to nearby beaches, shops and restaurants. Very responsive host will promptly answer all your questions. Wonderful holiday, much appreciated and recommended. Thank you, Eric!

Fantastic house on the bay. Very accessible to beaches, shopping, and the Hyannis port (25 min away). Owner provides kayaks and everything you need for a great vacation

Enjoyed a week of relaxation thanks to the beautiful views and comfortable accommodations. Enjoyed bird watching during morning coffee, kayaking throughput the day, and family meals in the spacious living area. Communication with owner was great. Had an AC issue while there and he responded within minutes of our contact, arranging a service call in short order. Definitely appreciated his responsiveness during this issue. Many thanks for a week of rest and recharging.

The views were beautiful and the house was equipped with everything you could need. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset from the deck every day. We enjoyed the board games as well! Made great memories here with my family. Plenty of space for everyone. Eric was helpful and quick to respond with all issues and questions. Would recommend!

This is a very comfortable home to stay in during the winter months. Plenty of room, great light, nice little fire place, and mesmerizing views. The ducks, swans, and geese were a pleasure to watch and a great way to de-stress. We've rented dozens of houses over the years on the Cape and this one had one of the best stocked kitchens we've come across. My wife bought me a travel knife set for Xmas in anticipation of this rental and our past experiences of terrible knives (we cook a lot) and ironically they were never even christened. But that's a GOOD thing! Eric is very, very easy to communicate with and everything was as described. Thanks for a great trip!

As soon as we entered the house( open main floor) we were surrounded by million dollar water views. Incredible.Kitchen was well stocked and appliances easy to use.Nice master bedroom/ bathroom.As we are a couple 55+ age we did not use all bedrooms ( there are at least 4 or 5) or all amenities: dock/ kayaking etc, but all were available.Younger families with children will have a blast enjoying water activities.My service dog , a 12 yo.golden doodle immediately found his doggy bed and was happy there.We had a great vacation!We are considering going back.Oh, I almost forgot;Eric the owner was amazing, very helpful and accommodating.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in October at Eric's home. Right on the water and close proximity to so much. We loved kayaking over to the spit beach, which we had almost entirely to ourselves. Excellent area for bike riding and running also. The house was clean, kitchen well equipped, and spacious. Great laundry room as well. We had everything we needed. Eric was responsive and very helpful with local recommendations.

Great place for a family get together. Fantastic location in front of the bay. Perfect for kayaking. Would have loved to get in the water but the bottom was muddy especially during low tide. My dogs loved it all the same. We all enjoyed our stay! Best part is the picture window in the kitchen which made for an awesome coffee spot! Wish we had more time and didn't have to leave so soon.

This property is is an unquestionable deal. The house is spacious in its layout with 2 walls of sliding glass doors to a wrap around deck.The pictures do not do it justice. The house is clean, organized and easy to move right into. I arrived and was BBQing in less than 1 hour.The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals as well as a BBG right off the kitchen on the outdoor deck... Very convenient. There is a patio with an great fire pit which we used every night. There are grocery stores and plenty of shopping about 5 minutes down the street which sell bundles of firewood. restaurants and fresh or steamed lobsters to go!! Also, there are tons of mature trees on the property and we were out each day picking up what nature provided. The yard is very nice and the views are spectacular at sunrise.there is a fireplace in the living room which is also perfect on a cool evening.there is a dock with kayaks and the water was like glass when we were there. there is generally a nice breeze coming in off the ocean and into the area.The neighborhood is extremely peaceful. We brought our dog as well and we met very nice neighbors on our walks.I could go on and on about what a great time we had here. The most important this is the owner.When you rent from a management company, it is sometimes just ok. When you rent from an owner who takes great pride in his property and truly wants people to enjoy that property...its different. This owner is accessible and cares.This is one of the best experiences we have had with VRBO. This property could easily be 50% more per night.I don't think anyone would be disappointed staying here.
