Wir wurden extrem freundlich und humorvoll empfangen - direkt wohl gefühlt!
Das Zimmer war sauber und echt schön, wobei mein absolutes Highlight das Bad war, mit einem riesen Bild einer Seekuh in der Dusche, das will ich jetzt zu Hause auch haben!
Frühstück war auch echt richtig gut und der Kaffee war super!
Tiefgaragenstellplätze waren übrigens auch toll. Gut zu finden, ordentlich Platz.

sehr gutes und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet, die Zimmer sind kompakt, aber praktisch und ansprechend gestaltet, das Bad war sehr sauber und schien mir recht neu zu sein
der Teppichboden im Hotelzimmer war leider etwas fleckig (sah aber aus, als wäre man bemüht gewesen, die Flecken zu entfernen)

Wir haben ein Upgrade erhalten und hatten damit ein größeres Zimmer. Das Frühstück war trotz der wenigen Gäste sehr umfangreich und die Mitarbeiter rund um das Frühstücksbuffet sehr Gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend! Kostenlose Lademöglichkeit für mein Auto!

Super Frühstück, sehr sauber, super Zimmer, nettes Personal.
Es wurde mit Tesla Destination Charger beworben, jedoch sind diese nicht mehr vorhanden. Stattdessen soll man jetzt für 1.20€/kWh laden. Das ist eine Frechheit bei dem Preis!

Great staff, all very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Effective air con and good soundproofing.
Breakfast range and quality was great. The bar was very nice and the food was surprisingly good and decent value.
Good location - only a few minutes away from the Hauptbahnhof.
Housekeeping staff knocked on door 1.5 hours before check-out time and waited about 3 seconds before entering room.
The hot food heaters at breakfast made a loud high frequency noise that could be heard through the whole room - very annoying for young people!

The carpet in my room may not have been vaccuumed throughly from the previous visitors.

Excellent breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Very clean and quiet. Pretty new hotel so facilities were very smart. Very convenient for train station.
Wifi quite unreliable. TV very temperamental. Shower floods bathroom and into the bedroom if you don't remove the drain cover. Due to location (office complex) not much character in the immediate surroundings. Odd to have two separate single duvets for a double bed, when travelling as couple!

Breakfast was great, room was clean and had a safe that was big enough for my 14 inch laptop. Also it was nice to have a water cooker for coffee in the room. And there was a big complimentary bottle of sparkling mineral water too!
Finding the entrance of the hotel was not easy, For your information, it is in the inner courtyard and cannot be seen from the street. If you walk from the train station with your luggage, the best way to enter is from the Gustav Stresemann Ring as there are no stairs to climb.

That they wouldn't let us eat our own food in the bar. We were going to buy drinks, but they wouldn't allow us to eat our take out food. We opted to call it a night instead. We would have spent a good amount of money in the bar that night.
