We had a fabulous stay!! Great location!! Rental was awesome, however beds were not the most comfortable, especially pillows were very thin and worn. Also 3rd bedroom was advertised as queen bed but was definitely a full bed. Also, main tv should be upgraded to smart tv.

The unit was clean and upgraded. It would have been nice to have the basic kitchen items like coffee filters, salt, pepper, sugar etc, even in packets to get us started. We were required to purchase everything after arriving.Everything was in good working order with the exception of the dryer. It probably requires replacement, as it took 2-3 hours to dry a load on towels.The pool area was very clean and was attended to each morning. During the first week of our stay, however, every table was taken over as soon as (or before) the pool area opened at 9am, and was held all day whether the people were present or not. In one case 6 chairs were taken prior to 9am and only one was in use from 9am-12pm. We did speak with other guests and it seems to an ongoing issue. The second week was much much more relaxing, once these folks departed the property.Suggestion - have additional chairs stacked along the side. I believe that there were a total of 12 chairs for 5 tables. This way, even if people collude to take all the tables, there will be sufficient chairs in addition to lounges.Overall a great location and a wonderful stay.

The location was ideal, the views were gorgeous, the condo was nice but the overall facility needed a refresh. It felt pretty dated. Maintenance was a bit lacking and don’t get me started on the trash bags they leave you. Good place to stay if your expectations are realistic.

The place was ok not very clean the beds were uncomfortable in the master bathroom,the close proximity to everything was nice but the crowd it brought to the beach was not family friendly like at Clearwater Beach or even Redington Beach they were drunk,loud and obnoxious,so I would never stay there again.

This condo unit is amazing and location is perfect! I have stayed at several in/around this condo unit and by far this one is the best! All staff were friendly and the sand was kept away from the condo as much as they could! LOL.....

My family and I spend the week between Christmas and New Yeas in 207 at Beach Place Condos. The condo was very clean and kitchen was well stocked. The is plenty of room for storage of suitcases in huge closet areas...would even be great place for a crib. The brand new washer and dryer was a PLUS! The weather was cool but the "heated" pool really was heated and folks were in it all of the time. The common areas were clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

I loved our stay at Beach Place Unit 207. We have been coming to Beach Place for 25 years and this particular unit for 6. Over time we have increased our stay from 2 weeks to 5 weeks. That means over 1/12 of my year is spent there! With that being said I would like to suggest a couple things. The reason I am there is the beach, the beach is sand. It is everywhere. I would have like a vacuum for hard surfaces like--like a Shark or Bissell. I like to keep things clean. 2nd--the prices seem to go up every year...considerably. For individuals staying over 2 weeks a second cleaning should be included within the current costs or at least the offer of one! This year was also a little different with renters. Probably from the pandemic. Kids a little wilder....there were families at the pool that didn't seem to be guests. I am sure that will take care of itself. I always recommend Beach Place but it is difficult to get in. The thing I appreciate most is you giving me first opportunity to re-rent my place for the following year. That is truly a blessing. I will be coming back to Beach Place next year. I love it! And I want to thank to staff in the Beach Place office, they make things so easy!

I am fortunate to come to Unit 207 for 5 weeks, sharing my time with family and friends. I enjoy daily walks to Jon's Pass, Don's Dock for seafood and all the Pass Restaurants. Shopping is so close. The traffic also in the area is really not hard to navigate. The property and it's staff is great! We had an unfortunate garbage disposal leak that was repaired the same day! It is wonderful to receive Amazon deliveries in the office!! I remain concerned about the ever rising rental rate and worry that in the future I will have to consolidate my time by dropping a week.

Lovely location
Location of property was perfect and amenities in unit were great! It was so easy to walk to all the shops, restaurants and water sports!
The only feedback I would have for others is that the pool was quite noisy all day right below the balcony. I would choose another unit overlooking the parking lot rather than the pool next time.

April 2019 Stay
Very uncomfortable walking into a muggy-warm condo that wasn’t addressed for 2 days. Floors made our feet black , and a blood spot on one of the duvets was absolutely disgusting. They cleaned that set , but were any others really washed ? For the amount of money spent , the view was awesome , the condo , not so much . Would not stay at this specific condo again unless they upgraded their air and got new cleaning people .

This is the perfect spot!
We just returned from a week at this property and hated to leave. The view was amazing from sunrise to sunset. The property was very well maintained and everything it was promised to be and more. We loved the extra security of having to have key codes to get in the elevator, pool, and beach access. We loved watching the boats go in and out of the channel right next door and the convenience of having John's Pass and all of its food options right across the street. We had plenty of room for the four of us and could have been comfortable with more people. The staff was very friendly and made the check-in and check-out procedures a breeze. We never heard noise from any of our neighbors. We can't imagine staying anywhere else next time!

Loved being within walking distance to John’s Pass! Kids loved the Shelling cruise and the Pirate ship. We brought 6 of our 8 children with us and had lots of room in the condo! Beach place is one of our favorite places to stay on Madeira Beach! This is our 6th trip here and our second stay at Beach Place! Very fun Family trip! Hopefully our next trip we can get our other two adult children to come with!

Nice Condo- Kitchen was well stocked- balcony was perfect. Nice to have assigned parking. The beach was beautiful- the office staff is very helpful, had a lot of tips about the beach.

Was a great place to stay!
Overall the condo was great. Only a couple issues .. the “queen” bed in the 3rd bedroom was really a “full” size bed. Very hard for 2 grown adults to sleep comfortably. Also- was a bit “stuffy” in condo. Could definitely benefit from some ceiling fans! We ended up buying 2 fans and leaving them there (couldn’t take home on plane). But condo was clean, roomy, and convenient! I would stay here again!

December 2017 Stay
This is our 4th time staying in unit 207. The condo is very nice with plenty of room for my husband and I and our son his wife and 3 young children. This year my husband and I gave up the master suite since the children are getting bigger and required their own bed . We thought the back room with one queen size bed would accommodate the two of us just fine. To our surprise even though that room has always advertised to be a queen sized bed it was only a full-size bed. We were very uncomfortable all week but did not want to renege on our offer to the kids to all have their own bed. Unless it is changed back to a queen bed we probably will find another place to stay next Christmas.

Room overall was good. Plenty of room. Nice to have full kitchen and stocked. Laundry in room. Location was across the street from many restaurants and shopping. Directly on beach. Room is due for some remodeling. One bed had a very noticeable slant. Bed spreads need replaced. Some outlets in bedroom didn't work. Outlets in one bathroom were worn out and needed replaced. Items plugged in would litteraly fall out while in use. Pool was nice for a break from salt water. BBQ grills available. Overall stay was good.

March 2016 Stay
This year we rented unit 207 for 5 weeks. At various times all of our three children and their families came and stayed and enjoyed the ocean, the Beach Place facilities, and the ease of access to John's Pass. This is our 20th year coming to Beach Place. We have many wonderful family memories associated with the time spent here. My husband semi-retired this year which allowed us to spend a longrr period of time away. I can't think of any place else in Florida I would rather be. Thank you
