Son emplacement et sa luminosité. Deux chambres (Dont une un peu petite) et deux salles de bain, c’est confortable quand on est avec des amis. L’équipement en électroménager permet un séjour confortable.

L’appartement n’est pas très bien équipé en vaisselle. Nous avons dû acheter un saladier. Nous avons également fait le choix de compléter quelques ustensiles. Les salles de bain sont spacieuses, mais minimaliste en équipement, en particulier, il n’y a pas de patère. On sent des signes de vieillissement et d’usure. En particulier, les rideaux auraient besoin d’être lavés pendant notre séjour, il y a eu beaucoup de vent, et les remontées d’ égouts étaient désagréables.

The information pack e-mailed to us by Arrancha was really helpful - where to get food locally & the restaurants. She met us with the keys - and was very friendly & helpful throughtout the stay. She suggested a change in layout to help us - and did it for us. It may not be the cheapest property you could rent - but it was absolutely worth it. The on-line picture from the balcony really is the fabulous view you get.

Spectacular views from all key windows looking out to sea, with added views of the mountains behind. A quiet spot on the edge of town, perfect to chill out. Ultra modern, quality linen, all we needed for a great break away in the sun. Perfect for a couple or family. Our host was extremely keen to understand if we had everything we needed. She left us a lovely welcome surprise to get us aquanted with Lanzarote! Highly recommend this property if you enjoy piece and quiet. Car essential if you want to explore as we did.

No negatives. Top tip local shop small so may be stock up in a larger town for greater variety.
