This condo is well taken care of and well stocked. Perfectly clean and the owner is super responsive. You can truly ski in and ski out with about 40 yards of walking to giant steps. The condo complex is older. The dumb waiter wasn’t working which was a bummer. Calling Stuhff up and down those stairs at that altitude was rough.

Spacious, well-kept, quite, and clean condo with all the amenities you need (plus some)! The condo is located within minutes of Giant Steps Lodge (you can actually walk) and Navajo Lodge. The condo has underground parking. Access to the condo is via stairs to the 3rd floor. The luggage elevator was not working in Building 2 where the condo is locates. The condo has access to 2 laundry machines and 2 dryers ($1 to wash, $1 dry). The condo is great, but would be nice if they Giant Steps Condo Complex would upgrade their common area.

Perfect condo for two separate moms with teens. Teens were able to ski in / out while us moms hung out in the condo - made a fire, had drinks and watched Netflix. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom and the 3 boys were in the loft with their own bathroom. Well appointed condo and complex had a nice game room and hot tub.

The condo was very clean. Had a smoky smell however. We really enjoyed this place but not having an elevator really was awful when you had to do multiple trips to get all the luggage, food, etc up and down the stairs. The entire building is rather run down…it’s just old. BUT it was a clean, and roomy condo!

I stayed here with my friends and our 4 kids. The condo was clean, well stocked and there was plenty of space for us all. The location is great as well. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is SO comfortable and spacious, with everything you need to have a wonderful vacation- any time of year. The condo is well-stocked and very clean and comfortable. Such a beautiful area too!

The host were amazing! The house was in perfect condition and we were extremely comfortable. There is nothing that could’ve been done to improve our stay.

We had a short but lovely stay in Brian Head. The condo location was perfect. When we got there, we parked our car underground and didn't get back in until we left. The condo was newly remodeled with new appliances and flooring. The owners did an amazing job with the remodel. It felt very upscale and clean. The condo was also stocked with amenities which was appreciated and the owner was very easy to communicate with. We hope to be going back again next year.

This condo worked perfectly for our family. This is an older condo with baseboard heating and the temperature was a little difficult to control. Everything was exactly what we needed. I loved the location and it was very convenient for our snowboarding!! I

Lots of room and really enjoyed the fireplace (with wood provided).

Nice place to stay. We would come back to this area again.

Have stayed at Giant Steps before and love the ski in ski out conveniences. Sure hope the dumb waiter in Bldg II gets fixed or replaced. Also, disappointed that the Jacuzzi was not open. We expected it to be open on March 1st. We will be back next year! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your unit.

We absolutely LOVED this place! It was SO clean, cozy and nicely decorated! The upstairs loft was so fun for the kids, couldn't have asked for a nicer space for them. The kitchen was beautiful and stocked with everything you need. The master bedroom downstairs had a nice big king size bed with its own bathroom. There was a blizzard the weekend we went in Oct 2020 but we didnt mind one bit, we stayed cozy in the condo, watched Netflix, played the Wii, did puzzles and made homemade soup. It was SO perfect. Thank you for offering up your condo to people, its truly a great place to stay. Cant wait to go back!

We stayed over for a few nights (Sun - Thurs) for a family snowboarding trip. This is a true ski in and ski out location. The apartment was extremely well stocked with everything we needed and the owner was quick to answer any questions we had. It was extremely easy to get in and out to the lifts. One warning though - the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevators so make sure to pace yourself if you're moving a lot of luggage up or coming back after skiing. I think there is a dumbwaiter but we ended up not needing it. Overall everything was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Would stay here again!

Great location, ski in and out to Giant Steps. Perfect for our family of 2 parents and 4 kids ages 3-9 years. Could have fit 1-2 more people but enjoyed not feeling cramped. 3 bathrooms was wonderful. Fully stocked kitchen - the little things that mean a lot like extra napkins, TP, plenty of pots and pans. Only big problem was bad internet connection. Made it VERY challenging to do any work (we weren’t planning to do much but wanted to do a bit each day). Master mattress needs to be replaced. Also the dumbwaiter wasn’t working and we had a TON of gear and food to carry up 3.5 flights. But we knew in advance it wasn’t working so that was no surprise. Other than those things, a perfect stay.

We had a great time staying here. Our entire family (4 adults and 2 kids) was able to stay comfortably. We were able to ski in and ski out of Giant Steps. The owner communicated really well with us. The only downside was the jacuzzi was closed to due to covid and the dumb waiter was currently broken. Overall, this was a really cozy place with great access to the mountain.

The property was perfect! There were six adults and we had plenty of room. The condo had everything you need from bathroom supplies to kitchen supplies, including condiments! The condo was literally right next to the ski lifts. I hope we can visit again soon.

Loved the area. Small town to help clear away the city noise. Highly recommend the snowmobile tour. Take the three hour tour, it takes about an hour to get comfortable driving one. Once you get comfortable, the fun begins. Coming back.

This condo was perfect for my family, grand-kids, and my husband. With four adults and three kids, there's three bathrooms, two king beds and two double beds! There was nothing that was needed while we were there. I could not ask for anything better. Thank you for sharing your condo and if there is another opportunity for us to visit Utah, will definitely - if available, rent from you again.

We stayed with our family for my birthday weekend. We had an amazing time. The condo has literally everything you could possibly need which we did not expect. Beds were super comfy. Place was very clean and cozy and I am pretty particular! Would highly recommend!!

We really, really enjoyed our stay. The condo’s kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes, utensils, pots ‘n pans, etc. A lot of condiments were left behind by others but found many too out-of-date to use. Beds were comfortable, towels were nice, and there were plenty of blankets and pillows for all. We did have to buy toilet paper, there was all but one extra roll per bathroom. Minor detail though by all means. The only drawback was probably the 3rd story location, the building does not have an elevator. Checking in and out with the dumb waiter being out of order, was a bit challenging. The owner advised us the dumb waiter was inop. but we had no idea how inconvenient it would be. With the altitude, all of us, even though we consider ourselves relatively “in shape,” felt pretty winded going up the stairs. All in all, we had a great ski week and we’ll be back! Brian Head is a great place to ski and a super family friendly mountain.

The condo is clean and large enough to accompany a large family. We enjoyed the ski-in/ski-out and condo entertainment area...games, ping pong, pool table and hot tub. It is one of the few rentals that I have been in that has a well stocked refrigerator and cabinets. This is the second time renting the place and we will plan more trips in the future.

Very clean and plenty of room. Great location and we were very pleased overall with our stay. Will definitely book this one again!

We felt right at home. The kitchen cupboards were well stocked and lots of utinsels. Lots of current technology... enjoy!

Kims condo is perfect! Nicely decorated and stocked with all you need. I recommend asking if you have questions on what to bring. (I brought things I didn't need like a crock pot) It is on the third floor with no elevator as mentioned, but once in it's great. Side note Brianhead is much higher than we realized read up on preventing altitude sickness before you go. Fun adventure will rent again!
