L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato nel 2012 e dispone di 80 m², è alta qualità e moderno e ha un soggiorno e una camera da letto e una grande cucina completamente attrezzata e di un ampio bagno con grande doccia e vasca da bagno. Questo include un 30 mq spazio aperto e parcheggio. Il centro e la stazione ferroviaria è a pochi minuti a piedi.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property manager quickly responded to our concerns. The area is lovely and a short walk to the tram. We would definitely stay here again when we visit the area.

Alexander is an excellent and helpful host. He was very responsive to our questions.
The apartment was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. We enjoyed our time in that space. Parking is available upon request
The apartment is in a great location - quiet neighborhood that is a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 15 minute walk into the center of town. A 5 minute walk brings you to a wonderful bakery (Contrast Bistro Cafe) with pastries, sandwiches and coffee that is across from the #4 line tram stop. I'm not sure where the nearest grocery store is, we just went to the Rewe on Kaiser Joseph Str. in town.
I highly recommend this apartment. It will be my first choice for lodging the next time I'm in Freiburg.

Good location, clean, good bed and everything needed in the kitchen. Older guests might have trouble navigating the curved and steep steps to the unit.

Schöne, komplett eingerichteteWohnung
Die Unterkunft ist für 3 Personen ideal. In der großen Küche fehlte absolut nichts. Gewürze, Öl, Essig.....alles da, und in einem Zustand, dass man es auch gern benutzt.
Aufgrund der Nähe zur Bahn, hört man natürlich ab und zu Züge, aber wirklich gestört hat es uns nicht.

Aufenthalt im schönen Freiburg
Das Haus ist sehr zentral gelegen, unweit vom Bahnhof und der Innenstadt, dennoch sehr ruhig und im Grünen. Was will Mensch mehr 😉

Kommunikation mit Vermieter unproblematisch. Aussentreppe in die Souterrainwohnung mit Gepäck nicht ganz unproblematisch. Ausstattung gut. Da es ausser der Wohnungs- und Badezimmertür keine Raumtüren gibt, war der Schlafraum immer mitbeheizt. Günstig ist die fussläufige Lage der Wohnung zu Innenstadt, Hauptbahnhof und Kliniken.

Freiburg erkunden
Souterrainwohnung (sieht man ja bereits vor der Buchung), sehr geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Aufgrund der Lage ideal zum Erkunden der Stadt mit dem Fahrrad. Zentrum in 5 Min. erreichbar. Auto konnte bis auf An- und Abreise in der Tiefgarage bleiben.

Schöne FeWo
Ich habe 7 Tage in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung zusammen mit meiner Frau verbracht.
Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet.
Wir würden diese Wohnung bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt in der Region jederzeit wieder anmieten.
Die Anmietungsprozedur ist unkompliziert und der Vermieter ist sehr nett.

Für ein paar Tage, alles ok.
Saubere FeWo und ein freundlicher Vermieter. Zentral gelegen, man ist schnell am Bahnhof oder on der City.
Zwei Punkte, die „nicht ganz so“ ok waren.
1. vom Schlafzimmer zum Wohnzimmer gibt es keine Tür. Und das „Loch“ in der Zwischenwand stört die im Wohnzimmer schlafende Person abends auch.
2. Für ältere und Menschen mit Behinderung ist die Treppe zur Wohnung mit Vorsicht zu nehmen, denn die Treppenstufen sind verhältnismäßig schmal und das Gelände ist „nur“ ein dickes Seemannsseil und wackelt dadurch.
Grundsätzlich würde ich es aber noch einmal buchen.

Wir hatten die Gelegenheit unsere Ferientage in der Vorweihnachtszeit in Freiburg zu verbringen..die Wohnung ist toll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Kurzurlaub in Freiburg
Die Fereienwohnung inder Kenzinger Straße ist sehr empfehlenswert. Die Lage ist optimal, man kann zu Fuß zum Bahnhof und in die Innenstadt innerhalb von 15 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und da sie im Souterrain liegt im Sommer schön kühl. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich sofort, falls es ein Problem gibt.

außergewöhnliche Wohnung im Souterrain
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, z.T. mit außergewöhnlichen Elementen. Zur Innenstadt von Freiburg beträgt der Fußweg ca. 20 Minuten. Kontakt zum Vermieter war angenehm und problemlos.

This well-designed apartment was well-situated for my needs - close to the train station, trams, and within easy walking distance of downtown. The place is spacious and has a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry and bathroom. My only wish is that there was another bed, or a pull-out couch. My son stayed with me and had to sleep on the couch, as there was only one bed. Otherwise, it was great and would highly recommend to couples.

This well-designed apartment was well-situated for my needs - close to the train station, trams, and within easy walking distance of downtown. The place is spacious and has a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry and bathroom. My only wish is that there was another bed, or a pull-out couch. My son stayed with me and had to sleep on the couch, as there was only one bed. Otherwise, it was great and would highly recommend to couples.

We stayed 5 nights in this appartment. All was OK except the bed for a 16 yr old child. The sofa in the living was really too small for het. I think it's OK for a child of max. 150 cm. There is no door between the bedroom and the living room. So no privacy!
Appartment was cool which we needed because of the very nice wheather. Also the place to relax outside was cool. If you need sun, ther will be a short time of sun in the afternoon because it's more or less under the ground.
The city and train station are on walking distance and parking in the street is for free.
Do not forget the Umweltsticker!!

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment very much. It is spacious (for 2 adults), the windows in the living room and bedroom let in lots of light and air, the queen-size bed was comfortable, and it was handy to have the washing machine and drying rack. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio for breakfast and in the evening. Instead of the small metal chairs in the pictures, the patio now has much nicer outdoor chairs with cushions. It is located in a quiet and attractive residential neighborhood, however, there are restaurants and an Edeka grocery store, where we bought fresh pastries every morning, in easy walking distance .

Lovely spacious apartment close to the centre of Freiburg. 10 minutes walk to the train station and 5 minutes to a supermarket (great selection of vegetarian/vegan food) Alexander was very helpful before and during our stay. He answered all my questions/messages very promptly. The apartment was spotless. The kitchen had all the utensils needed to cook including a dishwasher and a washing machine (in the bathroom).
Excellent Internet too.

I met the owner and his wife and they were both very friendly, great people. I highly recommend this place especially if you want to be near the train station to get to areas of the Black Forest. As to the school it is 300 yards away and we only heard the children when we walked passed it on the way to town.
