Vi offriamo un elegante trilocale di circa 80 mq per un massimo di sei persone.
L'appartamento è composto da una camera con due letti a castello, una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, soggiorno (TV, lettore DVD / CD, radio), cucina ben attrezzata (macchina da caffè, lavastoviglie, fornello a gas, lavatrice ...). Lenzuola e asciugamani sono forniti; devono essere portati solo asciugamani per le mani / per il bagno.
Nell'appartamento è disponibile una connessione Internet DSL.
L'appartamento si trova nel quartiere Stühlinger e si trova in un bellissimo edificio posteriore sopra una piccola officina di legno.
La stazione ferroviaria principale dista circa 5 minuti e il centro città circa 10 minuti. Il collegamento con tutti i mezzi pubblici è molto buono. Gastronomia, prodotti da forno (anche la domenica) e altri piccoli negozi nelle immediate vicinanze.
Non ci dovrebbero essere fumatori nelle camere.

Enjoyed very much like staying at real home. Communications with Alex and Ulli were super. Area with nice bakery, restaurants, cafe, open market and family with children. 5 min walk to the rail station, though quiet in the court. Thank you!

Property was comfortable and clean, with everything we needed. Location is excellent, and communication with hosts was easy and reliable. We had a wonderful visit.

We had a great stay here with our 2 year old. Very well-equipped with cot, high chair, toys. Kitchen has everything you might need. Great location close to station and centre of town but quiet and peaceful. Thoroughly recommended!

The apartment was exactly what we were looking for - close to the train station, within walking distance of the old town, in a nice residential neighborhood, with room for all of us. There were even toys for our three year old daughter. It really was perfect!

The flat is very good value for money - extremely well located with a 2 minutes walk to the excellent tram system and 5 mins to the railway station. There are cafe's, a butcher, a bakery, two supermarkets and a number of other shops within easy walking distance.
The property is in very good condition, well looked after and lovingly maintained. The children's room has a double bunk-bed and the place feels airy, nice and, being upstairs under the roof, quite cosy.
The owners could not have been more helpful and responsive.
In short, one of the best HomeAway/Fewo experiences we have had. Full marks and highly recommended for exploring Freiburg and its surroundings.

If you are interested in a place that is not cookie cutter condo then this is it. This place was great for kids. Mine loved the bunkbeds and the dvd collection. It is close enough to walk everywhere or take the close by tram to old town Freiburg which is definitely worth the visit. Alex was great to deal with and very helpful.

Diese Wohnung ist wirklich einzigartig. Es befindet sich in der besten Lage, nah am Bahnhoff und nur eine kurze Strecke zur Innenstadt. Die Wohnung ist im ersten Stock über eine Schreinerei. Es ist sehr ruhig, und riecht nach frisch geschnittenem Holz. Wir hatten zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kinder dabei, und es war sehr bequem. Unsere Freunde aus Freiburg waren erstaunt, dass wir so eine großartige Wohnung gefunden haben.

A great 1st experience of HomeAway.
Brilliant communication by the owner including being met at the property.
Apartment was exactly as specified in details and photos. It was very clean, cosy and well equipped. We all felt at home there.
Location was perfect for visiting Xmas market and Freiburg centre - we walked everywhere (15 mins to the Munster) + great little cafe around the corner for breakfast.
We really enjoyed our stay! Great place to stay when visiting Freiburg.

We have just come back from the apartment. We stayed for 5 nights and it was wonderful. So clean and had everything you could need. It was beautiful inside. Plenty of room for our family of 4 and our daughter loved the bunk beds! Alex welcomed us in and was very helpful. The location was great and there were bakeries and a butchers opposite. We will set come back ! Thanks Alex !
