Great location and extremely friendly staff that did an amazing job from house keeping, front desk and restaurant staff. Several items on the menu to choose from and all were very good with good size portions.

The room was very large, and even had a loft with a bonus sitting area and pull out couch. It had a nice mini-frig, microwave, and dishes for 4. The A/C worked great. The included breakfast was very good and had multiple cooked options. The complimentary beach towels were large and soft. Very good location close to the beach (but not right on it), and across the street from multiple restaurants. Within a short walk to several shopping options as well.

I needed a place for just one night. My room was very comfortable…..had a great sleep. Location very central and parking was very easy. I will definitely consider Locale for my own use in future and also as a recommendation to others.

Could be a bit noisy as it’s close to a Main Street. However with the overhead fan on, it dulled the noise from traffic. Other than this , I was very satisfied with my room.

Breakfast was great, all staff were friendly and housekeeping did a great job everyday to make our room very clean!

The room was clean, utilitarian, but functional. Bed was comfortable. The full breakfast was very nice! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I did not use the available beach chairs etc., but that is a nice touch. I don't know how far one had to go to get to a beach.

The price seemed high for the location and room amenities. I did not care for the sliding bathroom door.

We had a great stay here. The staff was very warm and helpful. They provided beach bags, chairs, umbrellas, and towels for the beach. Rooms were very spacious and clean. The free breakfast they provided was very good.

It was not beach front, but it was a close walk to the 7 mile beach or a quick public bus ride to Governor's beach.

However they do offer a big portioned continental breakfast and are in the middle of a lot of beaches and stores within walking distance. People were very friendly. Overall, it was OK staying at the Locale.

We countered a lot of hiccups during our stay. The hotel was having trouble with their water during our trip so our showers were freezing cold for the week, even after bringing it to the front desk’s attention 4 times. Strong sewage smell by the pool, wasn’t the most enjoyable. Still the same trash and stains lying around the elevator after a week. Our hotel phone would randomly stop working. After calling the front desk beforehand and asking how much it would cost per minute to make calls to the US, I was told $0.02 flat rate. Upon check out we had to pay a $35.00 fee for a few phone calls!! Outrageous. Our stay was more inconvenient than pleasurable, especially for $3,000.

Nicer beaches were further up, though the closest one was had a smaller more secluded feel-just a bit rockier.

I didn’t fancy the tiny triangle room keys they are easier to lose than the other standard hotel key cards . Hot water was slow sometimes .

NON soundproof walls- every movement can be heard. Very busy traffic in front of the hotel. It was only disturbing thing for us.

My family and I stayed here in December 2022 and it was really amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are extremely spacious, and the breakfast is soo good. This hotel is easy on the wallet without sacrificing on anything! Love the fact that they loan you beach towels (they are so soft and smell so good), beach chairs, beach umbrellas and even a beach bag! The Governors beach is only a 3 min drive away and is the best beach! Parking at the hotel is also super easy. Would definitely come back to Locale.
