We stayed in the tower unit 104 for the second year in a row. My wife and loved it! Everything was clean and well kept, we had one issue with the bathroom sink being clogged; but the maintenance man showed up in less than 10 mins and fixed it for us! Highly recommend!

I thought I would be disappointed by not being oceanfront in my unit of 104 in the tower, but I was mistaken. The open patio with a beautiful granite bar top that points directly at the sunset was better than being oceanfront because I had a beautiful view of the sunset. The unit was beautifully decorated very clean. Could use a little maintenance as it looks a little worn down, and there is an odd smell in the unit our entire stay.

Property was as advertised but furnishings were somewhat “tired” and worn. Drain on balcony would not handle influx of water from heavy rain. Shower drain did not drain properly.

It was just my husband and myself. The kitchen was well appointed. Totally loved the bed. It reminded us of our Saatva bed at home which is the best. Only wished there was paper towels. A minor point but hated using a fresh dish cloth to clean off the out door counter that had sea salt on it. Very minor point but we will be back. ENJOY!!!

We enjoyed a wonderful week in this beautiful condo. The view and easy access to the beach make this a great place to stay. The condo is nicely decorated. The bed and shower are very nice. We fixed several meals in the kitchen which was well equipped.

We arrived three days later than we were supposed to because of Southwest. We were hoping to get a credit of three days that we missed when we arrive. The condo had not been occupied for the three days that we were supposed to be there. We thought the owner would be generous, and grant us a refund of the three days that we did not even use he refused. The manager was able to Comp one night. We had to spend $900 to find another place for the next three days. I would stay at Palm Bay club again, but I would not stay in this owners unit. He is very selfish.

I’ve stayed multiple times at The Palm Bay Club. While I can’t speak for all of the condos here, I can say that I have stayed multiple times with this owner. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. Condo was clean, Wi-Fi was fast and the beach was pristine.

Beautiful Beach
We’ve stayed in a lot of beach properties. This place was amazing! The view was great. Condo was in excellent condition and nicely furnished. No complaints. Just wish there was a washer/dryer, but not the owners fault! Perfect unit for a couple to enjoy Siesta Key!!! Highly recommend

Our room was great- clean, updated, great view of the ocean and comfy bed. Loved, loved the covered parking with all the heat and sunshine and beach guys that set up our umbrella and chairs were great. The only one elevator operating is the biggest issue. Also wish pool was on the beach.

An amazing trip!
We loved staying here! The location was great- just an elevator ride down and we could walk out right to the beach! The balcony was our favorite- breakfast and coffee with an incredible view… plus the sunsets are awesome from here! They have a local free transportation service that runs on tips, so it’s very easy to get around Siesta Key if you do not have a vehicle with you. All around perfect stay and highly recommend to anyone!

It was clean bright & airy. We enjoyed staying at your condo so much. We left a day early due to sever weather “Alex” that could made our travels back to GA extremely long.

We love Palm Bay and the view from our condo. We rent the same (One of 2) 1 bedroom units and have done so for years. The room amenities, particularly in the kitchen are poor. Flatware was cheap/mismatched...we had 2 teaspons, the coffee cups are old with stains, the shower drain is slow, baseboards are chipped because their old. We did like the new shades in 1010 this year. The one elevator was out during our entire stay. THis made for long wait times. I know there was nothing that could be done to fix it quicker due to parts but we should have been offered a discount on our room like Sarasota Surf & Racquet does. The exercise room opens at 8 a.m. It is a bit late for us early risers.

This condo was located in the tower which is just a few steps from the beach. The 10th floor gave us a decent view of the beach/ocean, though it was at an angle (which was to be expected from the pictures posted). Even though we were on the 10th floor, we could hear a lot of noise from the pool at the property next door. Though at around 10pm things got pretty quiet. I should note we came at a time when one of the elevators was out -- so only having one elevator was quite annoying for the week. Small complaint, but worth mentioning to management that this certainly made it inconvenient to constantly wait and/or ride in a VERY crowded elevator.
Overall, this is a good spot if you're looking for an ocean view and to be within walking distance of the beach. It's about a 20-minute walk to the closest restaurants/bars or a few minute ride on the free trolley.

You walk down to the beach and they put your lounge chairs out for you. There are cabanas and canopy’s right on the property for rent. The staff are all wonderful and very helpful.
