Questa è una vacanza molto accogliente, decorata in marrone chiaro e sfumature di verde per farla sentire come una casa lontano da casa. Situato a Jacobs Landing a Birch Bay, a pochi passi da numerose attività locali. La camera da letto inferiore ha una serie di letti singoli e un grande ponte per prendere il sole. C'è la TV in ogni stanza e molti tocchi aggiunti. La camera da letto principale al piano superiore ha un letto matrimoniale e bagno 3/4. C'è una lavatrice / asciugatrice, DVD, camino, lavastoviglie e tutti gli altri comfort di casa. Piscina coperta, vasca idromassaggio, tennis all'aperto e molto altro. Il luogo perfetto per godere di tutto ciò che Birch Bay ha da offrire!

For us the property was perfect! It was clean, great view, great location in birch bay, parking is easy, communication was good etc. yes the property is could use updating but this was disclosed in the description and we thought it was fine. Maybe I missed it in the description but pick up some duraflame logs for the fireplace. And if you have kids and want to use the racketball and table tennis facilities in the game room, would be best to bring your own game paddles, balls etc.

Can’t say enough about The staff and their courtesy. I have to admit that we were a pain in the butt. We had issues with the fob which would have let us into the pool. It was very well handled as was another issue with our TV
Staff was beyond courteous and helpful. Again we are very satisfied with this rental.

Rosemary is great to deal with. Unit is in a great location but is very dated and feels like you hate to sit on the furniture really needs to be updated, stains on the furniture etc. Unit was cleaned well but hard to get very old furniture looking good.

Good place for a short get away
Generally speaking this was a good place and location. The unit was a little dated and not super clean, but we felt comfortable. My kids loved that they had separate beds. The master bed was super comfortable. We did not like the window facing west let in so much light in the morning and we couldn't figure out how to close the shade as it was out of reach. The outdoor furniture was significantly weathered and might fall apart if we used it. But, again, we were comfortable and would come back again.

Very cozy
Property was clean and cozy. The only issue was that there were only two bath towels for four people. But we had brought swim towels so it was fine. We enjoyed the property very much.

View from this condo is wonderful. Location is great and easy to find. Decor is outdated . CD player doesn’t have directions and we couldn’t make it work unfortunately since we brought several chick flicks to enjoy. Overall a good place to stay for a few days.

The bed upstairs is genius. It worked great for my teen and my twins. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. We especially enjoyed the Foosball table under the coffee table in the living room. The kids were entertained for hours! We will definitely be staying here again.

Great property with an excellent view!
The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable beach getaway. The view from the deck is amazing. Close to restaurants, market all in walkable distance.
