宿泊客が必要な物（化粧水など）はフロントで選ぶ事ができるため、ゴミの削減などsdgsの考えを持っていたところ。

위치가 너무 좋았고 복잡한 시내 중심보다 주변이 조용해서 좋았습니다 방도 다른 비즈니스호텔보다 넓었습니다 어매니티도 자유롭게 가져다 쓸수 있어서 편했습니다 다음에 도쿄에 간다면 다시 방문하도 싶습니다

Limpeza, conforto. O bairro de Akabane é super movimentado, muitos restaurantes, lojas e vida noturna.

O metro fica um bocado longe para ir a pé. Mesmo colado ao hotel há o comboio mas o passe é mais caro e não é tão conveniente.

The location is close to Akabane station. The staffs are friendly. There are lots of shopping streets which makes the stay convenient and interesting. We are lucky to have the station view, child liked watching the trains including bullet train all day.

The breakfast was good but little mean. Compared to the stay, it could be improved a bit.

水回り、冷蔵庫が汚くて嫌だった。 ほこりもあって、エアコンもうるさくて寝るのに時間がかかった。

JR赤羽駅からのアクセスがよかった。

Hotel is very well located, next to the train station and is surrounded by plenty of shops, restaurants etc. The stay itself was very comfortable, the room was not so tiny as i was expecting, very clean, equipped with everything what was needed for 5 days stay. I really recommend as the price vs standards was very reasonable

Amazing location, very close to Akabane JR Station (couldn't hear any of the trains despite it being parallel to the train line), close proximity to plenty of restaurants and a cool shopping area! Staff were excellent and friendly. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, room was also a bit small but that is to be expected :) Super easy to get around Tokyo from the hotel!

Showers were hot with great pressure. View was amazing. Convenient access to station. Bed was large and comfortable.

Room is a bit dated and A/C was a bit iffy. Set it to 64f but only ever got down to 70.

Location is very good for JR pass holder.

I reserved one room by mistake for one person. But actually I had two persons. I belive I got the same room for one person or two persons. Becasue the same room was allocated, the extra cost on another person was not proper in my view.

Although I asked for extra cleaning of vents, walls and carpet they were dirty. I ended up cleaning them myself. Windows were also very dirty. Room was noisy as it was next to the train station and double glass didn't help. Tv and kettle were very old. Lipstick and mold on shower curtains and washing basin, window curtains were dirty. It's more or less a party festival for allergy sufferers.

At first thought, and first staying in Japan I was afraid that we will be far from reasonable transit line in Tokyo. When we arrived and took off from Akabane Station we was shocked that it was 3 minutes walk from the station. Hotel staff was at very high level, even we are not fluent in Japanese, they did everything to help us or answer ours questions. Breakfast was good, we had choice between more European style food and more local food. The room was clean, everyday the cleaning staff were preparing our room to be clean when we come back from sightseeing. Also every 3 days there was general cleaning day, which changes our bedsheets, take out trash and make everything to make us feel like we just checked in - the idea of making it on 3 day gap is also very ecological and it kinda make us feel like local place, it won’t look like the hospital who need to make up general clean every day. The truth is that the hotel was fantastic, not only because the location, rooms, food choice at the place but because the staff who was so kind-hearted that I don’t think we had experienced it before anywhere else. Hope to get to Japan once again, and I think this hotel will be our must-have.

The hotel is near the train station and all the shopping street by a walking distance. Overall the bed was comfortable.

The bathroom had a strong smell of urine it felt very dirty. The celling of the bathroom is also very low which makes it cramped. They only clean the room once every three days due to "ecological reasons" but they should at least come to make the bed and recover the towels...
