Very clean, cosy and comfortable apartment with fully equipped kitchen, free car-park. Kind staff. Very nice bathroom. Everything was smooth. Good wi-fi. Breakfast and pizza downstairs. 7 km from the highway.

Mosquitos in the room turned the experience info unpleasant. No air conditioning meant that the rooms were very hot although the temperatue outside was just 20-23. We had to open the windows and than the mosquitos were a disaster. The place would benefit from AC system. Raiwlay line just outside the building, unfortunately you can hear trains in the room.

We booked within a short notice a deluxe apartment for a stay of a few days. The apartment, located on the first floor, was clean, comfortable, modern and spacious. The kitchenette is well equipped so we could have our own dinner in the apartment every day. There are more than enough power outlets to charge electronic devices (phones, tablets etc.). There is also a washing machine in the building that can be used by guests for a small fee, which was very convenient. The location of the hotel is excellent. We had a car and there was ample parking space in front of the hotel. There is a nice lake within 5 minutes drive and supermarkets in the nearby town Ellwangen are also a few minutes drive away. The A7 motorway is easily accessible so we could make many day trips during our stay. For instance, Legoland and Playmobil Funpark are about 1 hour drive each, and Steiff museum or the medieval towns of Nordlingen and Rothenburg are even closer. For those using public transport, the train station is within a short walking distance. The rich breakfast is excellent. Eggs are prepared to your choice and served to the table. The dining room was crowded during the weekend but there was still place to sit. The owners and staff are very kind and helpful. When booking the apartment we were somewhat concerned of possible noise from the nearby train tracks, however with the windows closed we slept very well so this was not a problem at all.

one small downfall is the railwaytrack next to the hotel, but you can’t have it all.
