Really helpful host and communicative, really good value for money in a city where there aren't a lot of cheap choices. Surely can be even better. The location is in a very quiet family neighborhood and you can reach the center by a path 20 minutes on foot.

The property is not what it looks like in the picture, as soon as we walked in we saw dead cockroaches and bugs everywhere, the house was no cleaned, if you do end up staying there, please have a look at the mattress it’s disgusting, I had constant rashes and I had to check out early and leave to a different property, when I confronted the owner about it they called me arrogant and rude for stating the obvious, from my experience I do not recommend booking here at all, disgusting.

How well the property owners was and how polite they was

it was a nice little room behind a house. You receive what you pay for. It was alright! Nothing special

good value for money. their prices are more than competitive. that’s why I didn’t expect much. also the owner was nice, polite and helpful.

the garbage bin wasn’t empty. also, upon the wardrobe I found a pack of cigarettes with smoked cigarettes in it. also the kitchen equipment (pots and pans) wasn’t exactly clean. they all had burned remains on them. if they could look out the general hygiene better, it would be a more pleasant stay.

Hosts are nice and welcoming, appreciate that. There are clean kitchen and washing machine. According to photos.

There are problems with cockroaches and water system in the rooms. Our family were renting week at this place, and had issue with blockage of shower drain. And all content of canalization went out. We were waiting for plumber all day long, and he came next day. I assisted him, flashing water on toilet periodically. Cleaner didn't come, and I had to clean shower and its floor by myself. Nevertheless, in an hour after plumber's visit, when I was going to the beach finally, I heard noise from the kitchen and saw water rising very fast on the floor. Its going to be water poll, but lukly, l switched off water supply. Karla's husband gave me bucket with mop to clean and soak the water. And had to wait plumber again. He came later that day, took damaged hosepipe from washing machine, and returned after couple hours to replace fixed hose. Next day we finded little fresh puddle in the kitchen. My husband waited for plubmer this day. This time it was water from refrigerator. Next day it was our checkout, and water from second floor flowed to our room's roof, but it wasn't too much water. Everiting from that could happen with everybody, but our family is "lucky" one. Unfortunatly, our time of visitting the Limasol relaced for time waiting for plumbers, bad smell of canalization, not working shower, additional cleaning and nerve cells. I don't think that guests had to participate in fixing that issues. It shoud be checked before arrival of visitors. Wi-fi is extra payment at this place - 3 euro per day. Connection isn't good, sometimes it gets lost.

The place was behind the other house No window to open for fresh air Only 2 hand towels No bath towel Not even bath mat when u come out in the bathroom...Worst is the bed 🛌 (shaking) I'm speechless 🙊 Room door totally open .... ( no lock) Only the name is nice "Holiday House Maisonette "
