My friend and I had a too short but very nice and relaxing stay. Manager Angie was very responsive to our questions. The condo was the perfect size for us and it was clean. We loved the pool area!

Once familiar with the area, we found this location ideal for our purposes with shopping, restaurants, golf easily accessible. And our thanks to Angie for making our stay enjoyable and alerting us to any maintenance occurring within the complex.

Came to play golf and visit friends
Angie and Scott were extremely helpful. We got to the condo a little earlier than check in time and they were gracious enough to let us in sooner.
We thoroughly enjoyed the property and would recommend that others try this condo also.

Care for my mom
My mother and I needed a place with easy access and proximity to the Mayo Clinic. This place was perfect and just what we needed. Our host was easy to contact and very responsive

Excellent location
Beautiful area; very nice facility. Very quiet. The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. Good location for Mayo Hospital. Also close to several grocery stores, drug stores, Starbucks, among many others.
Communication with owners was excellent.

The condo was very adequate for our needs. Close to attractions but on a very busy street. The condo itself could use some freshening up, new bedding & linens. Overall, it was a good experience.

Very Nice!
This is a very nice 1st-floor condo with a patio looking out over a grassy a courtyard and pagoda with cookout grills, all in a very nice, well-manicured, smaller development where all the facilities--e.g., gym, pool, hot tub, garbage-- are just a few steps away.
The owners are extremely attentive, accommodating and friendly.
Also, a "Gucci" Fry's supermarket, as well as lots of great restaurants, are close by.

We truly enjoyed our 6 week stay here. This condo was clean and the open floor plan made it seem larger than the pictures on the website would suggest. Angie is a gracious host! If you are looking for a nice condo close to stores, restaurants and walking paths look no further...you’ve found it!

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay
We had a great stay and this condo has everything you would want. Good location, accessible to shops and restaurants in Scottsdale and Phoenix. All the comforts of home were provided. We definitely would stay here again.

Still beautiful and comfortable!
Once again, we so enjoyed our stay at Angie's condo at Bella Terra! This condo is so clean, quiet, comfortable and convenient to pretty much anything you want or need to do in Phoenix/Scottsdale. It looks exactly like the pictures. The pool area is exceptional with a hot tub and beautiful pool. Angie is great to deal with and quickly responds to any question/need. I hated to leave this place and hope to stay again.

Very comfortable for our two week stay. Location is great! Pool was wonderful.
Recommend blackout out blinds in bedrooms for privacy sake, and to help keep heat and light out.

The condo was great!
The condo was clean and lots of room for 4 people. I would make one suggestion, the beds could use new sheets and new covers. The pool was refreshing and it was nice to have the barbeques as well. We will definitely come back.

A wonderful place to relax!
This condo is a wonderful. It is as advertised: very clean and comfortable. It has everything you need if dining in and many restaurants close by for dining out. The pool area is an oasis. We stayed at the condo as part of a family gathering for a wedding and will definitely stay there again.

Very well kept unit. Nice and spacious and clean. The kitchen was well supplied. Missed a good bar-b-que though. We were so busy our whole stay we never even made it to the pool so we can't comment on how it was. Good location for golf courses and a Fry's and Walmart nice close by along with some great restaurants. Overall a great stay

Nice first floor condo in great location. Minimally stocked, but fine for short stay. Very clean, which is most important to me. Pool and fitness areas nice. Angie was great to work with!

Conveniently located
This is a spacious , conveniently located apartment in a well run complex. The apartment is well furnished, comfortable and had all we needed. It was easy to deal with Angie and she answered all my questions. Located close to shops including Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Frys and restaurants. I would recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

This town was absolutely fantastic!
The condo was clean and was just right for our party of 4. I would stay here again. The clubhouse had a fantastic gym and pool area. The location was close to everything we wanted to do and the renter was easy to work with and responded to any questions quickly and was very friendly. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting some fun in the Arizona warmth. Scottsdale is a fantastic location as well.

Our stay here for the week was awesome!
This condo is very clean and inviting. The owners responded very quickly to any questions we had leading up to our stay. It's close to many restaurants, shopping centers and grocery stores. The interstates are easy to get to in a short amount of time. We rented a large conversion van and had no problems getting in and out of the covered parking spot. The condo was stocked with everything you'd have at your own home. Much better than staying at a hotel. We will be staying here again soon. Thank you to the owners for everything!!!

Great property!!
We were privlidged to have a few days to spend in Scottsdale with some friends who live here and this place offered just what we and they needed...the feeling of being away while not having to travel for them and a great escape for us!! Wonderful home..... especially the patio with the table and chairs!! Thanks Angie for having a great place on VRBO!!
