From booking to last day this property did not disappoint! The host were very accommodating and left a WELCOME note, coffee ready to brew and lots of details concerning the property. This is definitely a great place to call home away from home.

In town for a baseball tournament. Property was everything we need to be comfortable. Short drive to Boombah Complex. So many extra amenities to make our stay easier. I would recommend this place to everyone who visits the area. Host was great too.

Could use a couple updates to the table outside and dining room chairs need the bolts tightened. These are minor things. Overall it is a wonderful, secluded property.

We were a party of 9 Friends and stayed 5 nights in this wonder house by the river. Got absolutely flashed when entering first time. In- and Outside Areas are much bigger than it seems on the pictures. Had amazing evenings in the Patio at the gas firepit. Location is quiet and peaceful but not too far from shops and restaurants and also some Nature Parks and Springs.
Host Kahui responds very quick to messages, thanks again for that.
We would book again without a doubt.

Really great property for 5-6 guys in town for a baseball tournament at Boombah Sports Complex in Sanford FL. A little secluded, but I would highly recommend the property for a group or family rental!

This house is a absolute gem! 12 of us traveled together ages 63 to 3 years old. The house was perfect for everyone. We saw wildlife, my 15 year old loved fishing off the dock. The pool area was so spacious and perfect for our large group. When we come back to see the Florida family again we will definitely book here again.

We had a family get together with 10 people. The house was big enough for everyone. The pool was great for the hot Florida days in May. Great outdoor seating. Close to shopping, lake Monroe and not too bad of a drive into Daytona. Cute baby alligators in the inlet behind the house

This home was all that we could ask for. Three generations from our family stayed here, and it was spacious and well furnished.. We especially loved the backyard patio. So clean, and comfortable furniture. We love to cook family meals together, and this kitchen was well equipped, and we appreciate some of the condiments and spices being there. It was quiet and secluded but close enough to town to get what we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The Lake House was on a canal in a good location.
It was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the privacy.
The owner was quick to respond to questions and requests.
We spent three weeks here and enjoyed our stay. It is at least 20 minutes from most places we wanted to visit but was centrally located to visit Orlando and New Smyrna and Daytona.

From the moment we arrived, this home away from home did not disappoint. Spacious, clean, indoor & outdoor living for our family of six adults, one teen and a youngster. The giant lanai and enclosed back porch are amazing. We enjoyed cooking in and eating out at nearby restaurants. Shopping and entertainment are not far away. The host is responsive and accommodating. Thoughtful details made us feel truly welcomed. Excellent property for a family retreat!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Traveled with a group of friends and trailered our motorcycles here. Nice quiet neighborhood within driving distance to the beach and Orlando.

Great house to stay for a baseball tournament at Boombah sports complex. House was very clean and comfortable for four adults and four kids. Not a far drive from the sports complex or downtown Sanford. The area was pretty heavily impacted by the recent hurricane. Although you could still see the destruction in the neighborhood with some homes, this property was back to normal, clean and maintained. Pool was too cold to swim since the temperature was in the 60s for our stay there but the boys really enjoyed the Pac-Man arcade game when we were not at the fields. Take plenty of bottled water to drink…I’m not sure of the water situation in Sanford, but it smelled and tasted weird not only at the house but the entire city. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for our stay. Space for our family to be in comfort. Everything worked and the pool satisfied all ages. We were attending our sons' wedding in Sanford and it was convenient and made for a fantastic experience.

This property was amazing. I stayed with my husband and children. There was plenty of space inside and outside of the house. The bedrooms were neat and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The best part was the pool and the area around it. It was spacious and clean and perfect temperature. The Host was very quick to respond with any questions we had. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We can't wait to book again the next time we're in Orlando.

This is the second time our family of 11 stayed here and it was great. Plenty of space to spread out. Loved the size of the rooms .Couldn’t have had anything nicer. Looking forward to next year already. Thank you!

Perfect getaway
Awesome place perfect for a large family. Nice and secluded - very quiet and isolated. Very clean and relaxing hanging out by pool in totally enclosed area so no bugs to contend with. Gas station and grocery stores close by.

Great Family space
We enjoyed spending g time at this VRBO with our kids and granddaughter. Everything was just right. We were able to prepare meals and eat comfortably inside and out. The house was just as described. If we have a need for a large house again we know just where we are going. Our host was great and very welcoming.

Peaceful lakehouse retreat
We enjoyed every minute of our stay! The hosts have thought of everything you need for your home away from home stay. It felt like we were on an island resort. While our husbands golfed nearby we lounged at the pool.
The Lakehouse owes us nothing!

The Perfect Place
This house was perfect for 4 sisters, 2 nieces, and a great niece to celebrate our oldest sister's 70th birthday. The bed configuration was perfect for us. As a bunch of females we could have used another bathroom with a shower, but we made the 2.5 baths work.
Each bedroom had all the cords you could need to plug in your devices by the beds. The beds were all very comfortable with nice linens and pillows.
The outside area was amazing. Great number of chairs in shade or in the sun overlooking the canal with lots of fun wildlife like turtles, egrets, herons, etc. to watch. I walked the neighborhood everyday which was so enjoyable. It was about a mile walk to be able to see Lake Monroe. Just loved it.
We appreciated the coffee pods, snacks and water that the host left us to get us started. The condiments and napkins, etc. were a nice unexpected bonus as well. Can't say enough good things!! Thanks a bunch again!!

Sroka family stay
Property was beautiful. The neighborhood was exotic and provide a feeling of being safe. It was very peaceful and quiet. The house was gorgeous and very spacious. The kids loved having their separate areas. We are hoping to come back again next year. You have made our first VRBO experience very enjoyable.

Spacious and Clean!
This property was very accommodating for our large group! There was an abundance of space for all of us . Kitchen and home was well stocked with essentials and there was plenty of storage. Beds slept comfortably too!

Stone Island paradise
Loved the sunroom and lenai. It was great having tables large enough for all of us to sit down and eat. Bedroom locations gave everyone a bit of privacy. Host was very friendly and communicative!

Fantastic Home!!!
We had a fantastic time at the home. There was plenty of room for everyone. The seating both inside and out back is amazing. The patio/pool area is beautiful and was a peaceful place to have our cup of coffee each morning. Accomodations are extemely clean and welcoming, the kitchen has everything you need. Check in was easy. Definintley would stay here again.!!!

Great family getaway!
Fun place with tons of privacy. Great lake house in rural Stone Island. Clean comfortable modern furnishings. Updated home with all the amenities. The pool was perfect and the kids had a blast! Thanks for an awesome place to stay.
